**大隅国国分の内、浜の市の船が奥蝦夷・択捉島に漂着した記録**
正徳元年（辛卯）十月二十三日に出船し、翌年（辰年）十一月四日に武蔵国江戸芝の御屋敷へ帰着いたしました。
一、浜の市の船頭・次郎左衛門の船 ※ただし、船は（進水して）五年の比較的新しい船で、堅固な造りであり、十五反帆の帆を持つ。

**Record of the Ship from Hamanomachi, within Kokubu, Ōsumi Province, Drifting Ashore at Oku-Ezo (Etorofu Island)**
The ship departed on the twenty-third day of the tenth month of Shōtoku 1 (the Year of the Rabbit, 1711), and returned to the lord's residence at Shiba, Edo, in Musashi Province, on the fourth day of the eleventh month of the following year (the Year of the Dragon, 1712).
One ship belonging to ship captain Jirōzaemon of Hamanomachi. ※Note: The ship was relatively new, having been in service for five years, was sturdily built, and carried fifteen-tan sails.
