右書付ハ御用人へ可差出事
一明和二酉年被仰出近例 水玉
一御先立之儀ハ於江戸表ハ表御錠口外御茶部ヤ脇ゟ相勤事
一右同断御国表御本丸ハ鉄炮之間ゟ相勤候事
一御国表御座所表役御錠口ゟ相勤候事
一御玄関ハ上ゟ相勤候事
一惣而御先立相勤候節ハ扣居候所中程ニ罷在被為入候を見上ケ御時宜仕夫ゟ御先へ立可申何ケ度も
御目障無之様御先払声掛可申候曲リ角之所ニ而少々腰をかゝめ候様ニ心得申送り可有候事

一暮六時過切手御門御通り被遊候節ハ御徒目付を以可申達事
一不依何事御小人を以附人遣し又ハ承りニ遣し候様被仰付候節御徒目付を以可申付事

辺ニ而別而掃除等仕家業耕作等之費無之様急度相慎罷在候へハ其
通之儀ニ候旨右之趣今朝町奉行
郡奉行へも相達候間其段相心得御徒頭御供目付御徒目付御供押之者へも申付末々之者畑作等踏荒シ不申
候様ニ可申付候末々ニ而ハ心得違ゆるみニも可罷成候間兼而相心得左様無之候様ニ仕可申候今日申聞候所ハ下之
費無之様ニとの思召ニ候仍之其段夫々江於御本丸相達候
一享保廿卯二月二日運正寺御参詣御帰殿之節西之馬場中程ゟ柳御門之方へ月毛之馬二乗駆通り候者有之皆川平右衛門
倅平蔵ニ付其段御供目付ゟ月番渥美新右衛門へ申聞ニ付御前へ罷出相伺候処御覧不被付候由御意被遊然共平右衛門儀
遠慮伺差出趣ニ付猶又御前ニ相伺候上御家老中へも御覧不被付段新右衛門申達置候処平右衛門自分遠慮被仰付候同七日

一、御先立の件については、江戸表においては表御錠口外御茶部屋脇から勤めること
一、右同様、御国表御本丸においては鉄砲之間から勤めること

一、総じて御先立を勤める際には、控えている所の中程に居て、お入りになるのを見上げて御時宜を申し上げ、それから御先に立って申し上げること。何度も御目障りにならないよう御先払いの声掛けを申すこと。曲がり角の所では少々腰をかがめるような心得で申し送りがあること
水玉

一、同年十一月十四日、邦之助様御逝去をなされた。これに付き御出殿伺の件は御出棺があるまで罷り出るに及ばない旨を仰せ付けられた。ただし右同様
一、享保十五年戌九月二十八日、御用人笹治権右衛門水谷織部が申し聞かせたこと。これ以後毎度御鷹野その他町筋へも御出になる予定である。その方の町在辺において別して掃除等を行い、家業耕作等の費用がないよう急度相慎んで罷り在るようにとのこと。その通りの件について、右の趣旨は今朝町奉行、郡奉行へも達したので、その段を心得て御徒頭御供目付御徒目付御供押の者へも申し付け、末々の者が畑作等を踏み荒らさないよう申し付けること。末々では心得違いや緩みにもなり得るので、兼ねて心得てそのようなことがないよう仕るべきである。今日申し聞かせた所は下の費用がないようにとの思召である。よってその段、それぞれへ御本丸において達した
一、享保二十年卯二月二日、運正寺御参詣御帰殿の際、西之馬場中程から柳御門の方へ月毛の馬二乗で駆け通った者があり、皆川平右衛門倅平蔵について、その段を御供目付から月番渥美新右衛門へ申し聞かせたため、御前へ罷り出て相伺った所、御覧にならなかった由の御意があった。しかし平右衛門の件について遠慮伺を差し出した趣旨により、なお又御前に相伺った上で御家老中へも御覧にならなかった段を新右衛門が申し達し置いた所、平右衛門自分遠慮を仰せ付けられた。同七日

This involved Minagawa Heiemon's son Heizō. When the escort magistrate reported this to monthly duty officer Atsumi Shinemon, he appeared before the lord to inquire, but received word that the lord had not noticed. However, since Heiemon submitted a formal apology, the matter was brought before the lord again, and after Shinemon reported to the senior retainers that the lord had not noticed, Heiemon was ordered to impose self-restraint.
