　安藤対馬守信賢殿え御使者御留守居介川瀬次大夫道治左之
　通御届書持参指出之
　　　　　　　　口上之覚
　　　　　私領内之生鱈例年寒中両度つゝ指上申
　　　　　候処【旧臘】国許深雪に而海上以之外悪敷鱈出
　　　　　来不致候由申遣候年内松平伊豆守殿江其段
　　　　　御断申達候当春も弥右之趣に而鱈出来不致
　　　　　旨追々申遣候最早寒も明申儀御座候間今
　　　　　般者差上申間敷候依之為御届以使者申達候以上

　一　二月二日去午年被　仰出候通当子年諸国人別改帳面
　　　四月ゟ九月迄之内可被指出旨大目付中ゟ御廻状来
　一　同月六日去三日ゟ御発熱之処御疱瘡に相成
　　　　　但右に付御用番江御届有之　
　一　同月七日右同断に付伊勢両　宮幷城別石清水江為　御代
　　　参御納戸役之者被遣之
　一　同月十日御国表去冬ゟ大雪に而在之【雪】なたれにて人

「右帖」
安藤対馬守信賢殿へ御使者御留守居介川瀬次大夫道治が左の通り御届書を持参して提出した。

　　　　　　　　口上の覚
　　　　　私の領内の生鱈を例年寒中に二度ずつ献上申し
　　　　　上げておりますところ、昨年末国元が深雪のため海上の
　　　　　状況が非常に悪く、鱈が獲れなかったとの報告が
　　　　　ございました。年内に松平伊豆守殿へその旨を
　　　　　お断り申し上げました。当春もますますその状況で
　　　　　鱈が獲れないとの報告が次々と届いております。
　　　　　もはや寒も明けた次第でございますので、今回は
　　　　　献上いたしません。これにより御届けのため使者を
　　　　　派遣して申し上げます。以上

一、二月二日　去年の午年に仰せ出された通り、当子年の諸国人別改帳面を四月から九月までの間に提出すべき旨、大目付中から御廻状が来た

一、同月六日　去る三日から発熱していたところ、御疱瘡になられた

一、同月七日　右同様につき、伊勢両宮並びに城別石清水へ御代参のため御納戸役の者を派遣された

一、同月十日　御国表では去冬から大雪で、雪崩により人々が

"Right Volume"
To Ando Tsushima-no-kami Nobunaga, the messenger and deputy caretaker Kawase Jidaifu Michiharu presented and submitted the following notification document:

　　　　　　　　Memorandum of Oral Report
　　　　　Regarding the fresh cod from my domain, which I customarily
　　　　　present twice during the cold season each year: due to heavy
　　　　　snow in my home province last December, sea conditions were
　　　　　extremely poor and cod could not be caught, as reported to me.
　　　　　During the year-end period, I conveyed this situation and
　　　　　offered my apologies to Matsudaira Izu-no-kami. This spring
　　　　　the situation has worsened, with continued reports that cod
　　　　　cannot be caught. As the cold season has now ended, I will
　　　　　not make the offering this time. Therefore, I send this
　　　　　messenger to make this notification. The above.

1. 2nd day of 2nd month: As ordered in the previous Horse year, notification came via circular from the O-metsuke that the population census registers for various provinces for the current Rat year should be submitted between the 4th and 9th months.

1. 6th day of same month: After developing a fever from the 3rd day, it became smallpox.
　　　　　Note: Regarding this matter, notification was made to the duty officer.

1. 7th day of same month: Due to the above, deputy representatives were sent to both Ise Shrines as well as to Iwashimizu for proxy worship.

1. 10th day of same month: In the home province, due to heavy snow since last winter, people were affected by avalanches.
