差出申証書之事
先代加藤新兵衛所持之家屋敷去ル文政五年同人儀
藤屋藤右衛門殿方より借財有之候ニ付家屋敷質物ニ
差入置候所右新兵衛義致死去談後暫中絶ニ
相成且又天保五午年類焼致候ニ就而者明地ニ付
藤右衛門方ニテ町並諸役も難相勤因テ地所
御丁内江差出ニ致候ニ付御役人中御談之上嘉永二
酉年御役人中御尽力ヲ以家作普請幷天王御宮
迄御勧請相成候然ル処我等儀右新兵衛跡式相
続仕候ニ付段々御役人中江御無心申入候所厚思召ヲ以
右家屋敷我等江御譲被下忝奉存候所所持罷在候所
明治六年地券御改正之際我等名前ニテハ不都合
ニ付池上本衛殿伊藤栄蔵殿名面ニテ地券書御下ケニ
相成居候処今般伊藤久蔵ヨリ先年之廉ヲ以家敷地
譲請致御談ニ付此度各位江御談ニ及候処御承知
被下則金三拾円也我等正ニ受取申候所正実也就而地所
ハ久蔵殿江差渡候ニ付家之儀ハ御丁内江御戻シ申候
向後少シも違乱申間敷為後日差出証書仍而如件

差出申証書之事
先代加藤新兵衛所持の家屋敷について、去る文政5年に同人が藤屋藤右衛門殿方より借金があったため、家屋敷を質物として差し入れておりました。その後右新兵衛が死去し、話し合いも暫く中断となり、また天保5午年に類焼したため更地となってしまいました。そのため藤右衛門方では町並みの諸役も勤めることが困難となり、地所を御町内へ差し出すこととなったため、御役人中で御相談の上、嘉永2酉年に御役人中の御尽力により家を建築し、天王御宮まで御勧請されました。
その後私が右新兵衛の跡式を相続したため、段々と御役人中へお願い申し上げたところ、厚いお心遣いにより右家屋敷を私へお譲り下さり、有り難く存じ所持しておりました。
明治6年の地券御改正の際、私の名前では不都合であったため、池上本衛殿・伊藤栄蔵殿のお名前で地券をお書き下げいただいておりましたが、今般伊藤久蔵より先年の件により家敷地の譲渡をお願いしたいとの御相談があったため、この度各位へ御相談申し上げたところ御承知いただき、金30円也を私が正に受け取りました。
つきましては地所は久蔵殿へお渡しするため、家については御町内へお返し申し上げます。今後少しも違乱申すことはございません。後日のため差し出す証書です。

Certificate of Transfer
Regarding the house and residential lot possessed by my predecessor Kato Shinbei, in the 5th year of Bunsei era (1822), as he had debts to Mr. Fujiya Tojuemon, he had placed the house and residential property as collateral. After Shinbei's death, negotiations were suspended for a while, and furthermore, due to a fire that spread in the 5th year of Tempo, Horse year (1834), the property became vacant land. As a result, it became difficult for the Tojuemon family to fulfill various town duties, so they transferred the land to the town district. After consultation among the town officials, through the efforts of the officials in the 2nd year of Kaei, Rooster year (1849), a house was constructed and even the Tenno Shrine was established there.
Subsequently, as I inherited Shinbei's estate, I gradually made requests to the town officials, and through their generous consideration, they transferred the house and residential property to me, which I gratefully possessed.
During the land certificate reform in the 6th year of Meiji (1873), as it was inconvenient to use my name, the land certificate was issued under the names of Mr. Ikegami Motoe and Mr. Ito Eizo. Recently, Ito Kyuzo requested to purchase the residential land based on previous arrangements. After consulting with all parties involved, they agreed, and I have properly received 30 yen.
Therefore, as the land will be transferred to Mr. Kyuzo, I hereby return the house to the town district. I will never cause any disputes in the future. This certificate is issued for future reference.
