右の訴状と答弁書を拝見いたしましたところ、貸方が申しております食い違い等の諸々の件については理解いたしますが、争いになるまでは保証人がいる借用証書による返済方法の趣旨に従い、左記のような解決案を考案いたしました。
右の通りの解決案により、貸方にご理解いただき返済方法を決めたいと愚考いたしますので、この件についてお伺い申し上げます。以上

Having reviewed the aforementioned complaint and response, we understand the discrepancies and various issues claimed by the creditor. However, before matters escalate to a dispute, we propose to follow the principle of repayment through guaranteed promissory notes and have devised a settlement plan as outlined below.
Through this settlement plan as described above, we humbly wish to gain the creditor's understanding and determine the repayment method. We therefore respectfully submit this matter for your consideration.
