一札之事
此度貴殿神地之内証文通永代ニ譲請候
所実正ニ御座候尤河東往来之儀ハ先規之
通沢底溝端ゟ拙者地者勝手次第ニ
御通行可被成候右往来之義ニ付已来
決而違乱申間敷候為後日申定一札仍如件

現代語訳
一札の件について
この度、貴殿の神地の内、証文通り永代に譲り受けた土地は間違いなく正当なものでございます。特に河東往来の件については、従来通り沢底の溝端から私の土地については勝手次第にお通行いただいて構いません。この往来の件について、今後決して異議申し立てをいたしません。後日のために取り決めを記した一札は以上の通りです。

Certificate Document
Regarding the sacred land within your property that I have received in perpetual transfer according to the deed, it is indeed legitimate. Particularly concerning the Kato Road, as has been customary, you may freely pass through my land from the ditch edge at the bottom of the marsh. I will never raise any objections regarding this right of passage in the future. This certificate documenting our agreement is as stated above.
