城への登城当日、平川口より御広敷へ差し上げるべき儀と存じ上げ候

一 大御所様へ於義丸より差し上げ物の儀は、西丸へ登城の日限を仰せ出だされ候節、去る辰年の通り、西丸御広敷へこれまた差し上げるべき儀と存じ上げ候。この段お届け申し上げ候。以上

On the day of ascending to the castle, [the gifts] should be presented to the Ohiroma (inner palace quarters) through Hirakawa gate.

Item: Regarding gifts from Gigi-maru to His Retired Excellency, when the date for ascending to the Western Palace is announced, following the precedent of the previous Dragon year, these should also be presented to the Western Palace Ohiroma quarters. This matter is hereby reported. End.
