一　同日、右同様の理由により、御用番松平右近将監武元殿に、御留守居横田作太夫が左の通りの御届書を持参して提出した。
　　　　　　松平兵部大輔は当月十五日出仕の節、途中より
　　　　　　病気のため登城することが困難になり、御断り申し上げて帰宅し、早速養
　　　　　　生に努めたところ少しは快方に向かっておりましたが、昨夜より
　　　　　　病状が悪化し次第に重くなり、段々と危篤状態に及んでおります。右の件をお届けするため参上いたします。

一　同日、右同様の理由により、御尋ねのため上使御奏者番永井伊賀守直豫殿がお越しになった。その節、式部近輝様が御名代として中仕切御門の内まで御出迎えし、御案内により御書院にお通しした。
　　　上意の趣旨の御達しがあり、式部様は御勝手にお引き取りになった。
　　　宗矩様に上意の趣旨を申し上げ、この時御詰合されていた松平
　　　大膳太夫宗廣様、越後守長孝様、喜八郎朝矩様、式部様、頼母直道様が御書院に
　　　お出になり、上使への御礼を申し上げた。それより御詰合の御医師中が
　　　御書院にお出になり、上使に御様体の趣を申し上げた。その後
