**[Continuation of Memorial Tablet Records]**
The ritual vessels shall be prepared, offerings shall be presented, and the ceremony of enshrining the memorial tablet shall be conducted. The memorial tablet is to be entrusted to Ten'yōin Temple for perpetual care and preservation.
Recorded with reverence, Fifth Month of Kanen 3, the year Kanoe-Uma (1750).
The posthumous Buddhist title "Keijuin-dono" belonged to the daughter of the Hirohashi Fujiwara family and wife of Lord Ryūhō (Matsudaira Tadamasa). She gave birth to Lord Taian (Matsudaira Mitsumichi) and passed away on the seventeenth day of the Eighth Month of Manji 1 (1658), the year Tsuchinoe-Inu. She was interred at Dentsu'in Temple, north of Edo Castle. Since Lord Ryūhō's memorial tablet was already at Zōjōji Temple, hers was enshrined alongside it. In the present year Kanoe-Uma (Kanen 3, 1750), the memorial tablet was renovated and placed in a miniature shrine. Its care is to be entrusted to Ten'yōin Temple.
Recorded with reverence, Fifth Month of Kanen 3, the year Kanoe-Uma (1750).
