用之儀不得止御用金被 仰付候札所有勤等夫ニ
御取用候而者一統之 シニも相成可申 之札勤者其
侭被指置随分相続候様ニ被 仰付候 御用御勤相
済候ハヽ夫々御手当可被 仰付候間其内ㇵ何分ニも
取続家業油段今度之御用相働可差上候
御家って御差支甚 御苦労之御事ニ候
一 八月廿六日柿原御小屋場江為御見分 御出被成
一 同日月番御家老於酒井玄蕃和 宅町在組頭問丸共江先達而
被仰出候御用金之儀格別之御用ニ付精出差上候様申渡之
一 同日是迄御留守詰ニ罷越御番頭初表侍中も江戸表之節上下
着用ニ而 御目見被 仰付候得共以来者道中装束之侭ニ以
御目見可被 仰付旨被 仰出
但御留守詰之面々江戸出立之節も有同断其外交代
之面々ハ是迄之通上下着用之筈ニ被仰出
一 同月廿九日町在江左之通御用金割被 仰出
一 金弐万七千八拾三兩壱歩

現代語訳
用の儀やむを得ず御用金を仰せ付けられ候。札所有る勤めなどそれに御取り用い候ては一統の［利益］にも相成り申すべき、その札勤めはそのまま指し置かれ、随分相続候ようにと仰せ付けられ候。御用御勤め相済み候はば、それぞれ御手当を仰せ付けられるべく候間、その内は何分にも取り続き家業油断なく、今度の御用相働き差し上ぐべく候。御家にとって御差し支え甚だしく、御苦労の御事に候。
一、八月二十六日、柿原御小屋場へ御見分のため御出でになられ候。
一、同日、月番御家老酒井玄蕃和［泉］宅において、町在組頭問丸ともへ、先達て仰せ出だされ候御用金の儀、格別の御用につき精出して差し上げ候よう申し渡しこれあり。
一、同日、これまで御留守詰に罷り越し候御番頭初め表侍中も、江戸表の節上下着用にて御目見えを仰せ付けられ候えども、以来は道中装束のままにて御目見え仰せ付けらるべき旨仰せ出だされ候。
ただし御留守詰の面々江戸出立の節も同断これあり。その外交代の面々はこれまでの通り上下着用の筈に仰せ出だされ候。
一、同月二十九日、町在へ左の通り御用金割を仰せ出だされ候。

...due to official duties being unavoidable, official funds have been ordered. For those with duties at designated posts, if these are utilized, it would benefit everyone, so those post duties are to be left as they are and continued as much as possible, as ordered. When official duties are completed, appropriate measures will be ordered for each person, so until then, please continue your family businesses diligently in every way possible and work hard to contribute to this official duty. For the domain, this causes great inconvenience and is a matter of considerable hardship.
1. On August 26th, [the lord] went out to inspect the Kakihara construction site.
1. On the same day, at the residence of monthly duty senior retainer Sakai Genba no kami [Izumi], [instructions were given] to the town and rural area group leaders and assistants regarding the official funds previously ordered, that they should work diligently to contribute due to this being an exceptional official duty.
1. On the same day, it was ordered that whereas until now, guard commanders and court retainers who came for palace guard duty had formal audience wearing kamishimo (formal dress) when at Edo, from now on they may have audience while still in traveling attire.
However, the same applies when palace guard personnel depart for Edo. Other replacement personnel shall wear kamishimo as before, as ordered.
