　　上者右銀具之類潰シ銀二相成候付不貯置銀座江
　　売渡可申候総侍灰吹銀幷潰し銀前々ゟ内々ニ而
　　自由ニ売買可致筋ニ無之候潰し銀者銀座江買
　　入候事ニ候処近来者心得違猥ニ成候様ニ相聞候

古来之通銀座之外他所ニ而売買之儀堅令停

九月十五日

一、九月十六日、丹生郡河野浦赤萩村の出入りにつき、双方の田地山等を御取り上げになる旨、郡奉行へ御家老より申し渡し。

一、同月二十二日、銀の儀につき大目付中より左の通り御回状来る。
「銀かなくの用候儀停止の旨、先達て相触れ候ところ、右銀具の類潰し銀と相成り候につき、貯え置かず銀座へ売り渡し申すべく候。総じて侍の灰吹銀並びに潰し銀、前々より内々にて自由に売買致すべき筋にはこれなく候。潰し銀は銀座へ買い入れ候事に候ところ、近来は心得違い猥になり候様に相聞こえ候。古来の通り銀座の外、他所にて売買の儀堅く停止せしめ候。銀道具、下銀入用の者は銀座にて買い受くべく候。この旨急度相守るべきものなり。

一、同月二十五日、御不快のところ御快につき御月代なられる。

一、同月二十八日、日光へ御詰めの儀につき、左の通り御伺書を指し出される。
「東春日光御宮改め遷宮、御霊屋外遷座の節、私儀役地へ参り越し、その節相詰め申すべきや。この段相伺い申し候。以上」

1. On September 16th, regarding the dispute in Akaogi Village, Kōno Bay, Nyū District, it was ordered by the senior retainer to the district magistrate that both parties' rice fields and mountains should be confiscated.

1. On the 22nd of the same month, regarding silver matters, the following circular notice came from the senior inspector:
"Regarding the prohibition of the use of silver implements that was previously announced, since such silver implements become crushed silver, they should not be stored but sold to the Silver Guild (Ginza). In general, samurai refined silver and crushed silver should not be freely bought and sold privately as has been done previously. Crushed silver should be purchased by the Silver Guild, but recently it seems there have been misunderstandings and improper conduct. As has been the custom since ancient times, buying and selling anywhere other than the Silver Guild is strictly prohibited. Those who need silver implements or lower-grade silver should purchase them at the Silver Guild. This directive must be strictly observed.
