一 三月十一日泉蔵院幷運正寺者 公儀御位牌御預之事ニ付
御借米御免可被成旨被仰出之
一同月十四日御家中着類之儀ニ付左之通寄ヽ通達可致旨
御目付江御家老申渡之
着類之内麻上下之儀去年御書付を以被仰出
候者他所江難相用古キ有合候ハ々一両年相用向後申
付候ハ木綿布之外御停止被 仰出候得共相預之麻
上下 平幷自分 平等古キ麻上下着用仕儀者
五ケ年之内共ニ不苦ト新敷申付候儀者木綿布ニ而
可申付候御医師共羽織之儀も木綿布紙子之外
御停止被仰出候得共十徳幷夏之内薄羽織
之儀 古キを用之儀者五ケ年之内共ニ不苦候其
外之羽織之儀ハ御定之通可相守候

一、三月十一日、泉蔵院並びに運正寺は、公儀の御位牌をお預かりしていることに関して、御借米を免除される旨が仰せ出された。
一、同月十四日、御家中の着類（衣類）の件について、左の通り寄々に通達するよう御目付へ御家老が申し渡した。
着類の内、麻上下の件については去年御書付をもって仰せ出されたが、他所へは使用し難く、古い物が有り合わせであれば一、二年は使用してよい。今後申し付けるものは木綿布以外は御停止と仰せ出されたが、相続の麻上下、平（ひら）並びに自分の平等、古い麻上下を着用することは五ヶ年の内であれば差し支えない。新しく申し付けるものは木綿布で申し付けるべきである。
御医師共の羽織の件も木綿布、紙子以外は御停止と仰せ出されたが、十徳並びに夏の内の薄羽織については、古い物を用いることは五ヶ年の内であれば差し支えない。その他の羽織については御定めの通り相守るべきである。
一、同月十九日、福井を御発駕、東海道通りにて御旅行された。
一、同月二十一日、御発駕前に仰せ出された御家中の面々からの御歓書状の件について、御奏者番より左の通り諸向へ相達された。

Concerning hemp kamishimo (formal wear) among clothing items, it was announced last year through written orders that while they are difficult to use elsewhere, if old ones are available, they may be used for one or two years. For future orders, everything except cotton cloth has been prohibited, but inherited hemp kamishimo, standard ones, and personal standard ones, as well as wearing old hemp kamishimo, shall be acceptable within five years. New orders shall be made with cotton cloth.
Regarding the haori (jackets) of physicians, everything except cotton cloth and paper garments has been prohibited, but for jittoku (a type of formal wear) and thin summer haori, using old ones shall be acceptable within five years. For other haori, the established regulations must be observed.
