一同月三日御用番松平左近持監 邑殿江御逢對 御勘
一同日御参府ニ付上使五郎中松平伊豆守信 殿御越 上意之趣
御達有之上使御取扱如例右為御礼御老中 御回勤
一 同月十三日 御登城御参勤之御礼被 仰上例之通御大
刀銀綿御献上畢而被召連候御家来大谷助六政為御目見
被 仰付太刀銀馬代蝋燭百 献上相済右為御礼 西丸江

但助六儀 西丸にも太刀銀馬代献上之
一同日左兵衛佐 様初而御在所江之御 被 仰出候為御礼御用番

三月二十一日
一、三月二十四日、大安寺において大安院様七十回忌の法要茶湯を執行する。天徳寺においても同様に執行する。
一、四月二日、品川宿での休憩から直接参府し、案内のため家老中が回勤する。
一、同月三日、御用番松平左近将監乗邑殿との面会、御勘定について。
一、同日、参府につき上使五郎中松平伊豆守信殿が上意の趣を伝達し、上使の取り扱いは例の通り。その礼のため老中へ回勤する。
一、同月十三日、登城して参勤の礼を申し上げ、例の通り太刀・銀・綿を献上した後、連れてきた家来大谷助六政為の目見えを仰せ付けられ、太刀・銀・馬代・蝋燭百挺を献上し済ませた。その礼のため西丸へ登城し、その後老中・若年寄中へ回勤する。
ただし助六は西丸にも太刀・銀・馬代を献上した。
一、同日、左兵衛佐様が初めて御在所への御帰りを仰せ出されたことへの礼として、御用番松平左近将監乗邑殿、西丸老中松平能登守乗賢殿へ御使番を差し出した。

March 21st
1. On March 24th, the 70th memorial service tea ceremony for Lord Daian-in will be conducted at Daian-ji Temple. The same ceremony will also be conducted at Tentoku-ji Temple.
1. On April 2nd, proceeding directly to the capital from rest at Shinagawa station, the chief retainers will make rounds for guidance.
1. On the 3rd of the same month, audience with Matsudaira Sakon-shōgen Norimura, the duty officer, regarding official accounts.
1. On the same day, regarding the arrival in the capital, the messenger Gorōchū Matsudaira Izu-no-kami Nobu conveyed the shogun's intentions, and the messenger was received according to custom. As thanks for this, rounds were made to the senior councilors.
1. On the 13th of the same month, attending castle to offer thanks for the pilgrimage duty, presenting the customary long sword, silver, and cotton. After this, the retainer Ōtani Sukeroku Masatame who was brought along was granted an audience, presenting a long sword, silver, horse money, and one hundred candles. As thanks for this, attendance at the Western Castle was made, followed by rounds to the senior councilors and junior councilors.
Note: Sukeroku also presented a long sword, silver, and horse money at the Western Castle.
1. On the same day, as thanks for Lord Saheie-no-suke being granted permission to return to his domain for the first time, messengers were sent to duty officer Matsudaira Sakon-shōgen Norimura and Western Castle senior councilor Matsudaira Noto-no-kami Noriyoshi.
