諸向御檀家江罷出度申居候
間其節者宜御頼申候者咄有候間
一閏七月十四日願小林八郎殿参リ
春申御噂も申候通太夫義
去月廿三日諏訪表迄罷出
候而当月中も同所ニ罷在候而
夫ゟ松本被参リ同所相仕舞
八月中旬頃御当所江罷越候間
先年も願御世話ニ候間何卒
此度も御宿御頼申候と申聞候ニ付
此方挨拶暫已前当町焼失
いたし其節類焼いたし家作も
先年令違甚見苦敷候間此度ハ
外思にも有之候ハゞ無御遠慮

御炊太夫様の手代小林八郎殿
檀回りの帰りがけに三月十八日に立ち寄られました。
太夫義茂は今年の秋中は先例に従って
各方面の御檀家へ出向きたいと申しております
間、その節はよろしくお頼み申しますとの話がありました。
一、閏七月十四日に小林八郎殿が参られ願い出ました。
春に申し上げた通り太夫義茂は
先月二十三日に諏訪表まで出向き
当月中も同所に滞在しており
それから松本へ参り、同所での用事を済ませ
八月中旬頃に当所へ参る予定です。
先年もお世話になりましたので、何卒
この度もお宿をお頼み申しますと申し聞かせたところ
こちらの挨拶では、少し前に当町が焼失し
その際類焼いたし、家作も
