昨夜、手代の方がお一人いらっしゃったということを申されました。それならば早速参上いたしまして、何日頃に参られるかという話もあるはずの所、些細なことではございますが、まず面会いたしました上は存じ上げているかもしれません。六郎太衛門殿を通じて宿泊の件をお引き受けする者が参ったということをお伝えしたところ、早速面会いたしましたが、大変な事情がございまして、この度塩尻まで泊まることにもなりそうです。そうであれば二十一、二日頃には当地に到着することになるでしょうということで、右の参った仕方は服部林衛門殿と申します。
