此度為御加増百六
拾弐貫九百六文被下
取合三百貫文之高ニ
被成下候間御本牒
直御加増之地形当物
成より割渡

可被申渡候但右修理

小進ニ付而為御役料

現代語訳
小梁川修理の本知行高（もともとの知行高）
百三十七貫九十四文に対して、
この度、御加増として百六十二貫九百六文を
お下し置きになり、
合わせて三百貫文の高に
なされたとのことにつき、御本牒（元の知行目録）に
直接、御加増の土地の形状・現在の物成（収益）から
割り渡しを行い、
御割印を整えるよう
申し渡されるべきである。ただし、この修理（小梁川修理）は
寛文十二年に御家老職を
仰せ付けられたところ、
（役高が）小進（不足）であることから、御役料として
一ヶ年に御合力金
小判二百五十両・玄米
四百七十七石ずつを
お下し置かれていたところ、この度、右のとおり
御加増の地をお下し置きになる
旨、仰せ出されました。
よってこの通りである。もちろん右の
御合力金・玄米は当年分より
召し上げるよう申し渡されるべきである。以上。

英語訳
Regarding the original stipend (honchigyo-daka) of Koyanagawa Shuri:
To his existing stipend of 137 kan 94 mon,
an additional increase (go-kazō) of 162 kan 906 mon
has been granted,
bringing the total to 300 kan.
Accordingly, it is to be ordered that the original stipend register (honchō) be updated directly with the details of the newly granted land for the increase, allocated based on current yields (momonari),
and that the official seals (wari-in) be duly prepared.
However, it should be noted that when Shuri was appointed to the position of Senior Councillor (go-karō) in Kanbun 12, since the stipend associated with the post was insufficient (shōshin), he had been granted, as a salary supplement (go-yakuryō), an annual allowance (go-gōryokukin) of 250 ryō in koban gold coins and 477 koku of unpolished rice (genmai). Now that the aforementioned increase in land has been granted as described above,
it has been declared as such.
This is therefore as stated. Needless to say, the aforementioned allowance of gold coins and unpolished rice shall be withdrawn starting from the current year's portion. That is all.
