特に慶長以来｜諸矦（おたいめう）をはしめ都鄙（みやこいなか）の貴賤（きせん）遠近（ゑんきん）と
なくこゝに入浴（にうとう）ありて其（その）巧験（しるし）を得（ゑ）給ふ事あけて
かぞへがたし別（べつ）に記（き）するがごとし其由来を弘（ひろ）めんため
に略（りやく）して禄（ろく）する事｜上（かみ）のことしといふ

現代語訳

特に慶長以来、諸大名をはじめ都や田舎を問わず身分の貴賤、遠近を問わず、ここに入浴して、その効験を得られることは数え切れないほどである。別に記録するとおりである。その由来を広めるために、簡略にして記録することは以上のとおりである。

Particularly since the Keichō era, countless people from all walks of life - from various daimyo to people from both the capital and countryside, regardless of their social status or distance traveled - have bathed here and obtained its beneficial effects. This is recorded separately as mentioned. In order to spread knowledge of its origins, I have briefly recorded the above.
