一雛并もてあそひ人形之類八寸以上可為無用右以下之分ハ麁末之金入とんす類之

一高直之鉢植もの売買停止せしめ候事
一きせる其外もてあそひ同前之品ニ金銀遣ひ候儀ハ勿論彫物象眼之類并蒔画

一女之衣類大造之織物縫物無用ニ可致候縫金糸等入候而も小袖表一ニ付代銀三百匁染模
様小袖一ニ付代銀百五拾匁を限り夫ゟ高直之品売買致間敷候尤帷子も右ニ准可申事
一町人共一統ニ華美之儀無之様致し自今町人男女共ニ分限不相応結構之品□□

一櫛かうかい髪さしの類金ハ勿論不相成鼈甲も細工入組高直之品相止櫛代銀

寅年より前書の割合の通り年々囲い増すようにすること。詳細については御勘定奉行へ相談すること。
十月
右の通り万石以上の面々へ伝達すること。
○市谷御門より牛込御門までの内の御堀において、近年みだりに魚釣りをする者がいると聞いている。殺生御禁制の高札もあるところ、不届きの至りである。この以後、右の場所で魚釣りをする者がいれば厳重に処罰する。
右の通り享保の度に触れを出した趣きもあるが、なお近年右の御堀でみだりに魚釣りをする者がいると聞き、不届きなことである。今後は享保の度に触れ出した通りを守り、堅く殺生をしてはならない。もし背く者がいれば厳重に処罰する。 十月
○金銀引替所を来る寅十月まで設置するとの件
一、文政度吹直金銀は去る子年に触れ出した通り、とりあえず通用停止を仰せ出す。草字二歩判並びに吹直二朱銀についても程なく通用停止が仰せ出されるので、精を出して引き替えること。
十月
○一、無益に手間がかかる高価な菓子類・料理等は今後無用とする。これまで作ってきたものも止めること。
一、能装束で甚だ結構なものも見受けられるので、今後は手軽な品を用いること。
一、破魔弓・菖蒲・甲冑・刀・箱・板の類で金銀・金属並びに箔を用いてはならないこと。
一、雛人形並びにもてあそび人形の類は八寸以上は無用とする。右以下の分は粗末な金入れ・とんす類の装束は構わないこと。
一、雛道具で梨子地はもちろん蒔絵であっても紋所以外は無用のこと。
一、高価な鉢植え物の売買を停止させること。
一、煙管その他もてあそび同様の品に金銀を遣うことはもちろん、彫物・象眼の類並びに蒔絵等を結構に作ってはならないこと。
一、女の衣類で大層な織物・縫物は無用とする。縫金糸等を入れても小袖表一つにつき代銀三百匁、染模様小袖一つにつき代銀百五十匁を限りとし、それより高価な品の売買をしてはならない。もちろん帷子も右に準ずること。
一、町人共一統に華美なことがないようにし、今より町人男女共に分限不相応な結構な品を着用し、または髪の飾り等まで大層な品を用いる者がいれば、組の者が見かけ次第、右の居所・名前等を調べ、町役人を差し添えさせて直ちに奉行所へ召し連れ吟味するので、そのように心得ること。
一、櫛・笄・髪挿しの類で金はもちろんならず、鼈甲も細工入りで高価な品は止め、櫛は代銀百匁を限りとし、笄・髪挿しは右に準じて安価に仕込むこと。
