〇守随彦太郎手代共秤改ニ国々へ相廻り候節所々ニ於而かさ高成仕形如何成儀共相聞候以来右体之
儀有之候ハヽ彦太郎儀急度御咎可申付候条相慎念入申付候様可被申渡候
右之通御細工頭へ申渡候間為心得可被相達候尤所々ニおゐてかさ高成仕形如何成儀共有之候ハヽ

一、寛延元辰年 大目付中回状の写し
〇守随彦太郎の手代共が秤改めのために国々へ回っている際、所々において傲慢な振る舞いや不適切な行為が聞こえている。今後このような儀があれば、彦太郎を厳しく処罰するので、慎んで念入りに申し付けるよう申し渡すべきである。
右の通り御細工頭へ申し渡したので、心得として伝達すべきである。もっとも所々において傲慢な振る舞いや不適切な行為があれば、領主より申し出るべき段、向々へ伝達しておくべきである。五月 町奉行へのみ仰せ渡し 五月二十九日

▲〇御料所の村方において、百姓・町人が苗字を名乗り帯刀することは、格別に理由がある節は伺いの上、御下知次第に奉行所にて申し渡す。容易に奉行所でも申し付けることはできない。しかるところ苗字を名乗る者がいれば、吟味の上相当の処罰を申し渡す。他所でも右のような者がいるかどうか吟味を遂げ、不埒がないよう改めるべきである。
