〇寄合医師多紀安元儀医学館類焼ニ付再建致シ医道講釈是迄之通取立度候へ共自力ニ及兼候ニ付而江戸町医師ゟ
寄付銀有之候様ニ致度旨相願尤当時学館へ出席不致面々も子孫ニ至り出席も可致ニ付何れ共年々弐匁ツヽ
寄付有之候様相願候付而願之通申渡候右寄付銀員数御医師之分ハ存寄次第御医師之弟子并陪臣医師町
医師惣而江戸中医師ゟ弐匁を限り年々寄付銀指遣候様可致候 右之通向々へ可被相達候 五月
〇大坂表諸家蔵屋敷払米之儀空米を書加云々之儀ニ付近頃又候心得違有之ニ付御触 六月
〇近年何も門前込合申刻御門迄乗物被乗込候衆有之候前々ハ無之事ニ候右之儀延享二丑年も相達候へ共駕籠之者
其外供之者せり合相互ニ見合不申候故ニ候込合候刻ハ見合せり合不申様ニ被申付可然候且又門前迄通路も難成
様乗物をならへ申故出入不自由ニ相聞候面々得与被申付候ハヽ左様ニハ有之間敷事候間互ニ見合右之通之儀無之様作

行へ相達候様可致候 右之通諸向為心得寄々可被相達候 六月

○寄合医師多紀安元が医学館の火災により再建し、医道講釈をこれまで通り再開したいが、自力では及ばないため、江戸町医師からの寄付金を募りたい旨を願い出た。もっともな話で、現在学館へ出席していない者たちも、子孫に至っては出席することもあるだろうから、いずれも年々二匁ずつ寄付するよう願い出たため、願いの通り申し渡した。この寄付金の総額について、御医師の分は意向次第とし、御医師の弟子および陪臣医師、町医師、総じて江戸中の医師から二匁を限りとして年々寄付金を送るようにすること。右の通り関係各所へ伝達すること 五月
○大坂の諸家蔵屋敷の払米について、空米を書き加えるなどの件について、近頃また心得違いがあるため御触れ 六月
○近年、門前が込み合う時刻に御門まで乗物で乗り込む者たちがいるが、以前はなかったことである。この件については延享二年丑年にも通達したが、駕籠の者やその他供の者が押し合いへし合いして互いに配慮しないためである。込み合う時刻には配慮して押し合いをしないよう申し付けるのが良い。また門前まで通路も困難になるように乗物を並べるため、出入りが不自由になると聞いている。各々がよく申し付ければそのようなことはないはずなので、互いに配慮してそのようなことがないよう工夫すること 右の趣を関係各所へ伝達すること 五月
▲○以前評定所および奉行所で裁許があった御料・私領・寺社領等の村方が所持している裁許裏書絵図・裁許書・下裁許証文について、御料は御代官、私領は領主・地頭において、その村方から写しを提出させ原本を添えて当巳年中に取り集め、江戸到着次第寺社奉行月番へ通達し指図を受けること。この裁許証文は古来は取替証文として認められているので、これも同様に取り集めて提出すること 右の通り触れること 六月
◎炭薪の値段が近頃高値のため、町奉行所で吟味の上、値段を引き下げて売買するよう申し付けているが、世間相場で買い受ける件とはいえ、格別高値で売買する炭薪屋もいる。各々が買い受ける際に支障があれば、その炭薪屋の名前等を調べて町奉行へ報告すること 右の通り諸方面への心得として関係各所へ伝達すること 六月
◎総じて召し連れる供回りを大袈裟にしないよう度々仰せ出されているところ、また申し付けが等閑になっているのか、大袈裟なものも見受けられ、その上万石以上以下を問わず徒の者が非常に間を置いて並び、先挟箱なども間を隔てて持たせる者もいて、往来の狭い場所でも幅を取る供回りのため、自分同士で失礼もあり、いかがなものである。今後なお一層厳重に申し付け、大袈裟にならず場所を取らないよう引き締め、徒の者はもちろん先挟箱およびその他供回りの行列の間も大体五六尺程度ずつ間を置いて並ぶよう堅く申し付けること 右の通り触れること 七月

○一、抱屋敷地・町屋敷・町並屋敷を所持する者がいれば、厄介の男女に至るまで吟味書付を提出すること 以上 十一月

○The yoriai physician Taki Yasumoto petitioned that since the Medical Academy was destroyed by fire and he wishes to rebuild it and resume medical lectures as before, but lacks the means to do so on his own, he would like to solicit donations from Edo town physicians. This is reasonable, and since even those who do not currently attend the academy may have descendants who will attend, he requested that all contribute two monme annually. His petition was granted as requested. Regarding the total amount of these donations, the portions from御医師(御physicians) shall be at their discretion, while disciples of御physicians, retainer physicians, town physicians, and physicians throughout Edo shall contribute the limit of two monme annually. The above shall be communicated to all relevant parties. Fifth month
○Regarding rice disbursements from various domain warehouses in Osaka, concerning the matter of adding empty rice records, etc., there have been recent misunderstandings, hence this proclamation. Sixth month
○In recent years, during busy times at gates, there are those who ride their palanquins right up to the main gate, which was not done previously. Although this matter was addressed in the second year of Enkyō (1745), Year of the Ox, palanquin bearers and other attendants push and shove without consideration for each other. During busy times, they should be instructed to show consideration and not push. Also, since palanquins are lined up making passage to the gate difficult, entry and exit become inconvenient. If everyone properly instructs their people, such situations should not occur, so mutual consideration should be shown to avoid such problems. The above shall be communicated to relevant parties. ▲○Regarding boundary survey maps with approval endorsements, approval documents, and subordinate approval certificates held by villages in imperial lands, private domains, and temple/shrine lands that received adjudication at the Council of State and magistrate offices in the past: for imperial lands, the代官(daikan), and for private domains, the domain lords and地頭(jitō) shall have those villages submit copies along with the originals, collect them during this Year of the Snake, and upon arrival in Edo, report to the monthly rotating temple and shrine magistrate for instructions. Since these approval certificates were historically recognized as exchange documents, they should likewise be collected and submitted. The above shall be proclaimed. Sixth month
◎Since charcoal and firewood prices have become high recently, the town magistrates have investigated and ordered price reductions for sales. However, while purchases at market rates are acceptable, there are charcoal and firewood dealers conducting sales at exceptionally high prices. If individuals encounter difficulties when purchasing, they should investigate the names of such dealers and report them to the town magistrate. The above shall be communicated to all sectors as guidance. Sixth month
◎Although it has been repeatedly proclaimed that retinues should not be ostentatious, the instructions seem to have become neglected again, as ostentatious displays are observed. Moreover, regardless of whether domains are above or below ten thousand koku, foot soldiers maintain excessive spacing, and some carry先挟箱(advanced portable chests) with gaps between them, taking up width even in narrow thoroughfares, causing mutual discourtesy among the retinues themselves, which is problematic. Henceforth, even more strict instructions shall be given to avoid ostentation and not occupy excessive space, keeping retinues compact. Not only foot soldiers, but also先挟箱bearers and other retinue processions should maintain intervals of approximately five to six shaku. The above shall be strictly enforced. Seventh month
