●博奕の件については度々お達しがあった通りですが、地方などではいまだに止まない状況が聞こえており、怠慢なことです。これにより、今後は不定期に町奉行配下の者を派遣し、幕府領・私領の区別なく博奕を打つ者どもを逮捕いたします。この見回りの者が逮捕してくる者が多数いる場合は、代官・領主・地頭の怠慢にも相当するため、その程度により幕府からお沙汰を受けることもあり得ますので、なお一層油断なく注意を払い、去る寅年にお達しした趣旨により厳しく取り締まるようにしてください。
また、博奕を取り締まることに事寄せて悪党どもが見回りの者と偽る場合も計り知れませんので、よくよく注意し怪しい者がいれば、その場所に留め置き早々に訴え出るようにしてください。右の通りお触れください。六月
○別紙により幕府からお達しされた御触の趣旨をご理解ください。もっとも度々御触達もありましたが、なお今度は厳重にお達しされましたので、家来末々の者まで怠慢にならないよう申し付けるべき旨です。以上

▲近年打ち続き諸国に大水があり年々御普請御入用が多分にかかっているところ、この度関東の川々が大水で定式御普請所が大破したため、幕府領の村方でも普請所が私領・寺社領とも旧例等を申し立てても願いにより一同御普請を仰せ付けられる筋ではありません。見分の上、大川通りで格別に大破し村方では自力では及び難く、あるいは領主・地頭の手当てが行き届き難く幕府領所へも差し障る場所は糾明の上、品により御普請を仰せ付けられることもあり得ます。
