識語【佐々伊佐美氏の】
塵劫記 三巻四十八條本 上(一─十九)中(ニ⚪︎─三二)下(三三─四八)の内の上である．
寛永八年刊と思はれるが確定はできぬ．

藤原氏の第七 寛永十一年大形本三巻四十八条寛永十一年甲戌三月吉日本である．
#3平山諦氏の年表 塵劫記第七である．平山氏はこの第七の塵劫記に「算数
の代に置けるや・・・」の跋文があるとある．この跋文は寛永十一年甲戌三月吉日と
記されているが氏は出版年が確定できぬと言はれている．

**識語（佐々伊佐美氏による）**
『塵劫記』三巻四十八条本。上巻（第一条〜第十九条）・中巻（第二十条〜第三十二条）・下巻（第三十三条〜第四十八条）のうちの上巻である。
寛永八年刊と思われるが、確定はできない。
\#1 禿氏祐祥氏の分類では第五：寛永八年刊（自筆署名入り）とされているもの。
\#2 藤原松三郎氏の分類では第五：寛永八年三巻四十八条（色摺あり）か、あるいは禿氏氏の第六：前記の再板・寛永十一年、もしくは藤原氏の第七：寛永十一年大形本三巻四十八条・寛永十一年甲戌三月吉日本である。

**Colophon/Identification Note (by Sasa Isami)**
This is the *Jinkōki*, a three-volume edition in forty-eight sections. The volumes are divided as follows: Upper volume (sections 1–19), Middle volume (sections 20–32), Lower volume (sections 33–48). The present copy is the Upper volume.
It appears to have been published in the 8th year of Kan'ei [1631], but this cannot be confirmed with certainty.
\#1 According to the classification of Mr. Tokiwa Yūshō, this corresponds to his Type 5: a Kan'ei 8 edition with an autograph signature.
\#2 According to the classification of Mr. Fujiwara Matsusaburō, this may correspond to his Type 5: the Kan'ei 8 three-volume, forty-eight-section edition (with color printing); or alternatively to Tokiwa's Type 6: a reprint of the above from Kan'ei 11; or to Fujiwara's Type 7: the large-format, three-volume, forty-eight-section edition of Kan'ei 11, dated "an auspicious day in the third month of the year Kinoto-i [Kan'ei 11, 1634]."
\#3 In Mr. Hirayama Satoshi's chronological table, this corresponds to the seventh edition of the *Jinkōki*. Mr. Hirayama states that this seventh *Jinkōki* contains a postface beginning "算数の代に置けるや・・・" ("In place of arithmetic…"). This postface is dated "an auspicious day in the third month of Kan'ei 11, the year Kinoto-i [1634]," but Mr. Hirayama states that the publication year cannot be determined with certainty.
