【右丁】
上殿軍を務めたので氏晴から感状をいただいたが、方々で浪人として流浪していた折に
紛失してしまった。志村仙助が知っているであろう。大坂冬の陣の時には堀を越えて矢倉の下に
取り付いて戦働きをした。同じく夏の陣には多賀谷左近に供をし、少しも離れることなく
走り回った。右の条々について、忠昌公がお尋ねになった際に書付を差し上げた写しを所持
している次第は以上の通りである。
忠昌公の御代、寛永十二年乙亥年（1635年）に
跡知を下されました。
加藤次郎兵衛恒広《生国は越前》
恒広の嫡子金兵衛宗能が家督を下された所、寛文三年癸卯年（1663年）に故あって
お暇を下され、嫡家は断絶しました。
光通公の御代、寛文元年辛丑年（1661年）に
別して召し出されました。

he served as rear guard, so Ujiharu gave him a letter of commendation, but during his wandering as a ronin in various places,
he lost it. Shimura Sen'suke would know about this. During the Winter Siege of Osaka, he crossed the moat and attached himself under the turret
to engage in battle. In the Summer Siege as well, he served as an attendant to Tagaya Sakon, never separating from him even slightly and
running about everywhere. Regarding the above matters, when Lord Tadamasa made inquiries, he submitted a written report, and he possesses
a copy of it, the details being as stated above.
During Lord Tadamasa's reign, in Kan'ei 12, year of Kinoto-I (1635),
he was granted succession rights.
Katō Jirōbei Tsunehiro《birth province: Echizen》
Tsunehiro's eldest son Kinbei Munenō was granted family headship, but in Kanbun 3, year of Mizunoto-U (1663), for certain reasons
he was granted leave, and the main family line was discontinued.
During Lord Mitsumichi's reign, in Kanbun 1, year of Kanoto-Ushi (1661),
he was specially summoned.
