かたまりし国なるゆへ。鉄臭（かなくさ）くして武（ぶ）を好（このみ）
男子（なんし）を尊（たつと）ぶ。よし原はかまぼこのしたゞ
りゆへなまぐさくして。中央（ちうわう）に肴（さかな）市場（いちば）
あり。尤女を尊ぶ。これ日本とはお月さまと
すつぽん程の違（ちがひ）なれば。お月さまの月の

固まった国であるため、鉄臭くて武を好み、男子を尊ぶ。吉原はかまぼこの滴りであるため生臭く、中央に魚市場がある。もっぱら女を尊ぶ。これは日本とは月とすっぽんほどの違いがあるので、お月様の「月」の字と、泥亀（すっぽん）の「本」の字を取って「月本国」と名付けたという。これをまた五ヶ国に分けている。その五ヶ国というのは
