味岡彦大夫組明跡へ切替申度旨願出候ニ付如何取計可申哉内談有之ニ付同役令評議左之通難相成段及返答候
一諸組其外以下共同石ゟ同石へ切替并養子ニ罷越候儀以来相止候事 但其節訳合有之候ヘハ格別之事

一同年正月廿五日御持筒組半甲之儀先年ゟ度々被仰出も有之御規定も有之候処近年猥ニ相成候趣も間々相見得候ニ付評議之上左
之通頭々ゟ組小頭共へ申渡之御番組之儀ハ割月番へ申達之
御持筒組之者半甲儀先年ゟ度々被仰出も有之候処近年亦復相弛／甲半（下上）之境難見分者共多分有之心得違之事ニ候
依之早速御規定通相改可申旨万一心得違之者於有之ハ可被仰付儀も有之候間急度相守可申事
此度申渡候趣以来心得違之者有之候節ハ諸組之内へ入替ニ被仰付候間組仲ケ間之者共一統急度相守候様申

実に困窮に相違ないため、その段を逐一御家老中へ申し達し、御先組株金一つを申し受けて御奉行へ申し談じ、御勘定所へ預け置き、その利足銀から米八俵給銀百匁の分を毎年暮れに御勘定所から相渡される筈に決まり、則ち当年未の春から小右衛門がその銀で召し抱える積りであったところ、二月八日内願により御札所目付を御免になり、その跡を鈴木十左衛門へ兼帯で仰せ付けられ、小右衛門は翌日御政事向これまでの通り御預所御目付を仰せ付けられた。よってその小右衛門が召し抱えるべき手引一人については鈴木氏が抱えるべき筈であるが、鈴木氏は兼帯勤めのため別に札所組から手引を取る必要がなく、内定していた手引も召し抱える必要がないため、手引給が浮くことになった。よって御目付中評議の上、その手引を御預所御目付へ下され、今一人の手引は元御付御小人の内から一人を指し出し、都合両人をお渡しになるかと、御用番狛帯刀方へ月番本多九大夫が相伺ったところ、その通り取り扱うべき旨帯刀方から指図があったため、同十五日からその両人分を小右衛門手引に相渡した事。
ただし以後御札所目付振退に仰せ付けられる節は、その株金利足で召し抱えた手引の分は早速御札所目付の方へ差し遣わすべき筈である。以後見合せのため、この始末を御札所目付御用箪笥の内、小右衛門御用留の末に記し置いた事。 長谷部小右衛門
一、組の者が改姓を願い出る場合は、立替わりから三年以後は申し付ける筈。三年未満の内は最初に継いだ苗字を名乗る筈。もっとも何か事情があれば吟味の上、三年未満でも改姓願いの通り申し付けることもある筈の内定である。御家老中へは申し達すに及ばず、月番の同役承知置きで済む事。
ただし諸物頭からの連絡手紙は月番の同役へ来る筈。

一、諸組その外以下とも同石から同石へ切替え並びに養子に罷り越す儀、以来相止める事 ただしその節訳合いがあれば格別の事
