但御長柄之者ハ御目付ゟ不及貪着

一文政六未二月八日長谷部小右衛門内願有之ニ付御札所目付御免右跡御札所目付兼帯鈴木
十左衛門へ被仰付翌九日小右衛門儀於 御前御政事向是迄之通御預所御目付被仰付候右之
趣ニ付小右衛門へ以前之通御預所御目付組手引等御渡可有之儀ニ候得共当時ハ是迄御預所御目付ハ
表御目付ゟ兼帯勤ニ而久々闕役ニ有之候故古来之御預所御目付組ハ無之仍之御目付中評議
之上此末何等之儀ニ付組之者入用之節ハ御目付組ゟ何程ニ而も可相渡且又手引之儀者左之通取計
可申旨ニ而致治定候事
一小右衛門儀是迄御札所目付勤中札所組小頭毎々相歎候趣ハ吉田茂左衛門儀御札所目付被仰付候以前迄ハ
御札所組拾七人有之候外ニ手引両人尤別段御扶持御切米等被下候而有之候処茂左衛門右役蒙候
時ゟ右両人之手引被相止拾七人之内ゟ両人ツヽ手引差出候様相成候故組一統困窮ニ付何卒以前之通
手引両人相増候様度々相願候趣ニ候得共数年来打捨り有之候処茂左衛門隠居被仰付江口源左衛門
御札所目付被仰付候ニ付此節又々前文之次第毎度相歎候処いつれ評議いたし可遣旨ニ而一日々々と相
後レ候内無程源左衛門転役被仰付右跡文化十四丑十月御札所目付長谷部小右衛門へ被仰付兼帯勤ニ
被仰付候故其節札所組ゟ手引ハ取不申自分組手引ニ而相勤候処其後文政五午六月小右衛門儀御
政事向是迄之通御札所目付被仰付候右振退御札所目付被仰付候ニ付又々札所組ゟ手引両人ツヽ取候処
此節札所組小頭何卒前々之通手引両人被召抱被下候様■■致歎願候ニ付尚又篤と令吟味候処

右両人の者どもは指働きもあり、その上潔白な趣を守っているにつき、この度御奉行組へ入れ替えを仰せ付けられた。
ただし組家の儀についても直ちに入れ替えを仰せ付けられた。
一、御在府中の諸組詰人数、かつまた御道中計の御供人数並びに御留守詰人数、御迎え御先不寝等、諸組ともに御目付から夫々申し越されるはず。
ただし御長柄の者は御目付からの連絡は及ばない。
一、文政六年未十一月 若殿様御目見え御登城につき増詰六人、十月出立にて罷り越し来て御留守詰から詰め増しで二十八人ずつ相詰める。これまでは御留守詰二十二人にて相済んでいた事。
一、御供詰もこれまでからは六人相増し、五十六人のところ六十二人と相成るべき事。
一、享和元年酉十月二十六日、御杉形奉行雨森藤四郎が申し聞かせたのは、拙者儀来戌年江戸詰を仰せ付けられた。よって去る辰年小川治兵衛儀江戸詰を仰せ付けられた節は御杉形組の者九人召し連れ罷り越したが、この度の儀は五人召し連れれば差し支えもない段申し達した。これにつき御先筒組の者詰高の内五人相減じ申し付けても御差し支えもあるまじきや、なおまた右の趣江戸表同役中へも掛け合いに及んだ事。
ただし十一月御先組六十一人相詰めるはずのところ三人減らすよう御先月番へ申し達した。
一、小川治兵衛組の者召し連れた一件は卯年御用留にある。
御預所御目付手引一件趣意
一、文政六年未二月八日、長谷部小右衛門内願があったにつき御札所目付御免、右跡御札所目付兼帯鈴木十左衛門へ仰せ付けられた。翌九日小右衛門儀御前において御政事向これまでの通り御預所御目付を仰せ付けられた。右の趣につき小右衛門へ以前の通り御預所御目付組手引等御渡しあるべき儀であるが、当時はこれまで御預所御目付は表御目付から兼帯勤めで久々闕役にあったため古来の御預所御目付組はない。よって御目付中評議の上、この末何等の儀につき組の者入用の節は御目付組から何程でも相渡すべく、かつまた手引の儀は左の通り取り計らうべき旨にて治定した事。
一、小右衛門儀これまで御札所目付勤め中、札所組小頭が毎々相嘆いた趣は、吉田茂左衛門儀御札所目付を仰せ付けられた以前までは御札所組十七人あった外に手引両人、もっとも別段御扶持御切米等下されてあったところ、茂左衛門右役を蒙った時からその両人の手引が相止められ、十七人の内から両人ずつ手引を差し出すよう相成ったため、組一統困窮につき何卒以前の通り手引両人相増すよう度々相願った趣であるが、数年来打ち捨てられてあったところ、茂左衛門隠居を仰せ付けられ江口源左衛門御札所目付を仰せ付けられたにつき、この節またまた前文の次第毎度相嘆いたところ、いずれ評議いたし遣わすべき旨にて一日々々と相後れた内、程なく源左衛門転役を仰せ付けられ、右跡文化十四年丑十月御札所目付長谷部小右衛門へ仰せ付けられ兼帯勤めを仰せ付けられたため、その節札所組から手引は取らず自分組手引にて相勤めたところ、その後文政五年午六月小右衛門儀御政事向これまでの通り御札所目付を仰せ付けられた。右振り退き御札所目付を仰せ付けられたにつき、またまた札所組から手引両人ずつ取ったところ、この節札所組小頭何卒前々の通り手引両人を召し抱え下されるよう嘆願したにつき、なおまた篤と吟味させたところ
