一文化二丑六月十六日於評定所酒井縫殿助方左之通為心得御書付壱通被相渡候且又高
田孫左衛門へ可申達旨被申聞候ニ付其段孫左衛門へ申達之 右金左衛門ハ餌刺町御持弓組也
高田孫左衛門組山崎金右衛門与申者妻去子年三子出生候ニ付三ケ年之内年々俵数
三俵ツヽ可被下置旨被仰出候然処右三子之内両人追々相果候ニ付右被仰出候俵数被
下置間敷儀ニ候得共是迄之先例相分り兼候ニ付御憐愍之上今年切俵数五俵被下尤
明年ハ不被下置候間宜被取計候且又以来三子出生之儀有之節ハ其年切俵数七俵
可被下置筈ニ候猶以其節々可被仰出候間左様可被相心得候
但右文段之内且又与申所ゟ末ハ孫左衛門へ不申達候

一天保十四卯二月十二日御目付雨森儀右衛門元組物書萩原又蔵物書十六年メ不届之趣有之立替被仰付其後物書共ゟ歎願

一寛延元辰十一月廿八日当夏朝鮮人御用罷越候御持筒足軽を初其以下之者共失却多致難義候ニ付毎度御歎申上候へ共先例も無之其上御時
節旁御取揚難被成旨被仰出候得共此度各別之 思召を以御褒美として少々之銀子被下置候旨

現代語訳
一 文化2年丑6月16日、評定所において酒井縫殿助方より左の通り心得のための御書付1通を渡され、また高田孫左衛門へ申し伝えるよう申し聞かされたので、その旨を孫左衛門へ申し伝えた。右の金左衛門は餌刺町御持弓組である。
高田孫左衛門組の山崎金右衛門という者の妻が去る子年に三つ子を出産したため、3年の内に年々俵数3俵ずつ下されるよう仰せ出されたが、右の三つ子の内2人が次々と亡くなったため、右に仰せ出された俵数は下されるべきではないが、これまでの先例が分からないため、御憐愍により今年限り俵数5俵を下される。もっとも来年は下されないので、適宜取り計らうこと。また今後三つ子出生の件があった際は、その年限り俵数7俵を下されることになっている。なお、その節々に仰せ出されるので、そのように心得ること。
ただし右の文段の内「また」と申す所から末は孫左衛門へは申し伝えていない。
一 同年11月11日
養父吉左衛門が極老に及んだところ、2人共に孝心の趣が聞こえたため、御褒美として下された事 武田平大夫組 増田吉右衛門 同人の妻
一 文化4年卯6月9日、先達て偽手形を作って逃走した甚八・市右衛門を尋ねる件について、別紙名元の者共が格別に心配して召し捕ったため、別紙の通り下されるかどうか伺いの上、御内用として御用受取でそれぞれに相渡した。

一 府中の者共へ下される件は、留守居の者藤左衛門宅へ召し呼んで相渡した。
一 弘化元年辰正月20日、太田三郎兵衛組分役尾崎茂左衛門が年来出精して勤めたため、同組藤井藤左衛門という者の跡明株売高半金上納の趣旨により、金50両上納で下された。ただし分役15年勤めたため、同役内評の上で御家老中へ相伺い、月番宅で取り扱った。
一 天保14年卯2月12日、御目付雨森儀右衛門元組物書萩原又蔵が物書16年目に不届きの趣があり立替を仰せ付けられ、その後物書共から嘆願もあり、同役評議の上で御家老中へ相達したところ、銀500匁が下された事。
一 天明8年申12月28日、組分役共へ御用番出精して勤めたため、御褒美として荒子株金1つ半代金で下された事。
一 寛政8年辰3月16日、組分役共が出精して勤めたため、荒子明株1つを下された事。
一 寛延元年辰11月28日、当夏朝鮮人御用に赴いた御持筒足軽をはじめその以下の者共が失却が多く難儀したため、毎度御嘆き申し上げたが、先例もなくその上御時節柄御取り上げ難しい旨を仰せ出されたが、この度格別の思召しをもって御褒美として少々の銀子を下された旨。

1. Bunka 2, Year of the Ox, 6th month, 16th day: At the Council Chamber, one written directive for guidance was received from Sakai Nuinosuke's office as follows, and we were instructed to convey this to Takada Magozaemon, which we did. The aforementioned Kinzaemon belongs to the Esashi-machi archery unit.
Takada Magozaemon's group member Yamazaki Kinemon's wife gave birth to triplets in the previous Year of the Rat, so it was decreed that 3 bales of rice should be granted annually for 3 years. However, since two of the three children subsequently died, the decreed rice bales should not be granted, but since previous precedents are unclear, out of compassion, 5 bales will be granted for this year only. Next year nothing will be granted, so handle this appropriately. Furthermore, should there be future cases of triplet births, 7 bales will be granted for that year only. This will be decreed at each such occasion, so keep this in mind.
Note: The portion from "furthermore" to the end was not conveyed to Magozaemon.
1. 11th month, 11th day of the same year:
As adoptive father Kichizaemon reached extreme old age, both showed filial devotion, so this was granted as a reward. Takeda Heita's group: Masuda Kichiemon and his wife.
1. Bunka 4, Year of the Rabbit, 6th month, 9th day: Regarding the search for Jinpachi and Ichiemon who recently fled using forged passes, the individuals listed separately took exceptional care to capture them, so after inquiring whether to grant as listed separately, this was distributed respectively as confidential official business.

Besides the above, silver totaling 286 monme 5 bu was granted respectively to Fuchū foot soldiers and others, townspeople, and guards.
1. Items granted to Fuchū residents were distributed by summoning them to the residence of caretaker Tōzaemon.
1. Kōka 1, Year of the Dragon, 1st month, 20th day: Ozaki Mozaemon, sub-official of Ōta Saburōbei's group, having served diligently for years, was granted 50 ryō in gold through payment of half the proceeds from the sale of the vacant position of Fujii Tōzaemon from the same group. Having served as sub-official for 15 years, this was handled at the monthly duty residence after consultation with fellow officials and inquiry to the senior retainers.
1. Tenpō 14, Year of the Rabbit, 2nd month, 12th day: Regarding Hagiwara Matazō, former group clerk under Magistrate Amemori Giemon, who committed misconduct in his 16th year as clerk and was ordered replaced - after petitions from fellow clerks and deliberation among colleagues reported to the senior retainers, 500 monme of silver was granted.
1. Tenmei 8, Year of the Monkey, 12th month, 28th day: Group sub-officials were granted payment equivalent to 1.5 arako stock shares as a reward for diligent service in official duties.
1. Kansei 8, Year of the Dragon, 3rd month, 16th day: Group sub-officials were granted one vacant arako share for diligent service.
1. Kan'en 1, Year of the Dragon, 11th month, 28th day: The rifle-bearing foot soldiers and their subordinates who went on Korean embassy duties that summer suffered many losses and faced hardships. Though we repeatedly submitted appeals, we were told there were no precedents and given the current circumstances, it was difficult to provide relief. However, this time through special consideration, small amounts of silver were granted as rewards.
Those who served on Korean embassy duties:
13 monme of silver each (5 rifle unit members, 3 attendant unit members), 10 monme each to 26 advance rifle unit members
5 monme of silver each (37 long-spear bearers, 12 retainer attendants)
