売払郡組御入人吉大夫へ被下組株 但御先組年数捨手廻り相勤候事

現代語訳
ただし右の12年から16年まで勤務した者は、たとえ御役組を離れることになっても、また病身等により願い出て退役等をしても、組株一つを下されること
一 御規定の通り17年無事に勤務した者は、かねてからの御定めの通り組株一つを下されること
右の書付を7月25日に長谷部小右衛門に渡したので、さらに物書仲間へも心得ておくよう申し渡した
一 御目付組物書並びに分役の者に下される事
一 銀15匁ずつ 1ヶ年1人分 物書墨筆代
ただし7月・12月の両度に2朱ずつ、その時々の頭の印形証文である

一 文政4年巳4月、中領郡組小頭増田吉大夫は寛政5年丑年から当年まで都合29年勤務した内、飛州高山御用を勤め、蔵作村御用、養父への孝行により御褒美を兼ねて株銀上納で組株を下された
ただし吉大夫の息子浅川又左衛門は御先筒組で郡渡り方を勤め、総年数当年まで12年勤務したので、この者の御先組を売り払い、郡組御入人として吉大夫に下された組株 ただし御先組年数を捨てて手廻りを勤めること
一 組の者が病気により江戸表から願い出て帰る際、願いの上で金1両拝借の分を年賦上納で願い出れば、無利子10年賦を申し付けられること。もっとも頭々から口上書をもって願い出て御家老中へ達すること

In Bunsei 4, Year of the Snake, 4th month: Masuda Yoshidayū, minor head of Nakaryō district group, served a total of 29 years from Kansei 5, Year of the Ox to the current year, including Hida Takayama official duties, Kurasaku village duties, and filial piety toward his adoptive father. He was granted a group share through stock silver payment as a reward.
However, Yoshidayū's son Asakawa Matazaemon served in the advance rifle group handling district transfers for a total of 12 years to the current year, so this person sold his advance group position and was granted the group share as a district group member. Note: abandoning the advance group years to serve in general duties.
