一誓紙相調之儀指掛儀ニ而も無之面々ハ正五九月ハ指除申候事
一誓紙相調面々左之通 八百里案スルニ当時之御役名を以旧記ニ書入候故御役名文段共新古之混雑有之也
一御留守居 当時無之 一金津奉行 一町奉行
一御奉行 一御預所元〆役 一御側向頭取
一御広敷御用人 一御目付 一御預所御目付
一御目付定助 一札所御目付 一江戸御留守居
一御役人席忍之者預り御武具支配 一御普請奉行 一御預所郡奉行

諸役誓詞
一、誓紙を調える件について、特に急を要する事件でもない人々は、正月・五月・九月は除外することとする。
一、誓紙を調える人々は以下の通り 八百里が案ずるに、現在の役職名を用いて旧記に書き入れたため、役職名や文章において新旧の混在がある。
一、御留守居（現在は廃止） 一、金津奉行 一、町奉行
一、御奉行 一、御預所元締役 一、御側向頭取
一、御広敷御用人 一、御目付 一、御預所御目付
一、御目付定助 一、札所御目付 一、江戸御留守居

一、御鵜方支配 ただし《割書：御書院番組として命じられた者は、これまで次の席で調えていたが、御礼席も番外に准じ、かつ評定所詰所も御役人詰所と同じ場所にあることなど、御評議の上、弘化三年十月二十七日森口伝左衛門の誓詞を命じられた節より、御家老中の前で調えるよう決定した。もっとも、これまでも坂井半十郎など末の番外席として命じられた節は御家老中の前で調えていたという》
恕（じょ）が言うには、御書院番組でも御膳番格を命じられれば御家老中の前で、御膳番格と命じられなければ次の席のこととする。嘉永三年戌十月十六日柳原孫兵衛について次の席で誓紙を調えた。

右について御家老中の前で判形を調える日付中に加えられ、御勝手に関することについては奉行中も加えられるため、その場所は評定所御用席二三の間の襖を取り外して調える。

Cormorant fishing administrator Note: Those appointed from the shoin-ban group previously conducted this at the next seat, but since the ceremonial seat was also treated as extraordinary rank, and the hyōjōsho duty station was in the same location as the official duty station, after deliberation, from the time when Moriguchi Denzaemon was ordered to take his oath on October 27, Kōka 3 (1846), it was decided to conduct this in the presence of the senior retainers. However, when people like Sakai Hanjūrō were appointed to lower extraordinary seats, they conducted this in the presence of senior retainers.
Jo says that even within the shoin-ban group, if appointed to onzenban rank, it should be conducted in the presence of senior retainers, and if not appointed to onzenban rank, at the next seat. On October 16, Kaei 3 (1850), year of the dog, Yanagihara Magobē conducted his oath paper at the next seat.
