又兵衛殿（＝瀬上又兵衛）より、御出発の際の親類衆が門に揃い、監物殿から亥之助様へ申し渡された覚書の写し

　　　そなたに対し、小梁川家の家督相続を
　　　仰せ付けられる。知行高として八十貫文を
　　　下し置かれる。
　　　　　（理由）小梁川金之丞は養子を立てることなく
　　　　　病死したため、跡式（家督の行方）については
　　　　　既に定められたところではあるが、
　　　　　格別の家柄であること、また、そなたの

A copy of the written instruction (oboegaki) delivered by Kenmotsu-dono to Innosuke-sama at the gate, where the assembled relatives gathered at the time of departure — as recorded by Mata-emon-dono (Senoue Mata-emon).
