維旹嘉永四龍集辛亥孟春十有九日之夜
大宝山建福興国禅寺罹祝融之災《見せ消ち：為》一時
為灰燼依檀中之徒抛良財欲為再興
時有 内命又檀頭之任乞党正市長之
輩檀家之出財集以山納焉
現代語訳
時は嘉永四年辛亥の年、正月十九日の夜、
大宝山建福興国禅寺が火災に見舞われ、一時に
灰燼と化した。檀家の人々が良い財を投げ打って再興を図ろうとし、
その時、内命があり、また檀頭の任にある者が党正や市長などの
人々に檀家の出財を集めるよう乞い、これを山に納めた。

In the fourth year of Kaei, the year of the Metal Boar, on the night of the nineteenth day of the first month,
Daihōzan Kenpuku Kōkoku Zen Temple suffered a fire disaster and was instantly
reduced to ashes. The parishioners threw in their good wealth to attempt reconstruction,
and at that time, there was an imperial command, and those in the position of head parishioner requested
people such as the village headman and town elder to collect donations from the parishioners, which were then offered to the temple.
