Crossing Eitai Bridge and heading south, the御船蔵 (Imperial Boat Storage) and 御舟手組御屋敷 (Naval Unit Residences) were damaged. From there, about four houses on both sides near the gate of Aikawa-cho remained unburned. To the south, Kumai-cho, Tomiyoshi-cho, various towns, Nakajima-cho, and around Kitagawa-cho were all completely collapsed and then burned without exception. In Kuroe-cho, one rice shop at the right corner remained. On the same left side, the main street remained unburned but suffered much severe collapse. Sainen-ji Temple collapsed severely and burned. Hamaguri-cho and Oshima-cho burned. At the same location, from under the tower, Ichi-no-torii, Naka-cho, Yamamoto-cho, to the corner of Eitai-ji Temple's main gate burned. Up to this point, all suffered severe collapse followed by fires, with about 530 instant deaths and countless injured.
