両国橋を渡り南へ、一ノ橋の石垣が崩れ、同元町、この辺りは崩壊家屋が多い。回向院の鐘楼堂が崩壊。同所土屋様・本田内蔵介様御屋敷は大破。またこれより東の小屋敷は残らず大破である。相生町・松坂町、この辺りは大崩壊家屋が多い。緑町一丁目・二丁目は焼失。三丁目は崩れただけで焼け残る。この火は同三丁目角で焼け止まる。また四丁目・五丁目は焼失、花町で焼け止まる。これまでの即死の数は百三十人ほど、怪我人は百四十人ほど。それより柳原町五丁目・茅場町四丁目・亀戸天神御旅所辺り、いずれも大崩壊が多い。五ツ目渡し場際で半町ほども焼失。亀戸天神橋向こうもこれまた半町余り焼失。天神御社は無事。それより柳島妙見宮は無事。天神橋より法恩寺橋まで小屋敷多く、寺院等も大破・崩壊が多い。法恩寺橋際の町家は少々焼失。この間の即死は百二十人ほど、怪我人数は分からない。また両国橋を渡り左へ、藤堂和泉守様御屋敷・亀沢町、この辺りは小屋敷が多く、御竹蔵は無事。それより大川通り、津軽様御蔵屋敷・松前伊豆守様御屋敷・松浦壱岐守様御屋敷、このほか諸大名方御下屋敷は残らず大破。御船役役所も大破。最上様御屋敷もいずれも大破。それより石原町・荒井町・弁天小路辺りは大崩壊の上焼失。牛御前御旅所・石原町御組・松倉町辺りは大崩壊である。中の郷、松平周防守様

Honjo Area
Crossing Ryogoku Bridge heading south, the stone wall of Ichinohashi collapsed, and around the same Moto-cho area, there were many collapsed houses. The bell tower hall of Ekoin Temple collapsed. At the same location, Tsuchiya-sama's and Honda Kuranosuke-sama's residences were severely damaged. Also, from here eastward, all small residences were severely damaged without exception. Aioi-cho and Matsusaka-cho - this area had many houses with major collapse. Midori-cho 1st and 2nd districts burned. The 3rd district only collapsed but remained unburned. This fire stopped burning at the corner of the same 3rd district. The 4th and 5th districts burned, with the fire stopping at Hana-cho. The number of instant deaths up to this point was about 130 people, with about 140 injured. From there, Yanagihara-cho 5th district, Kayaba-cho 4th district, around Kameido Tenjin temporary shrine - all had many major collapses. About half a district burned near Itsutsumedoshi ferry landing. Across Kameido Tenjin Bridge, again more than half a district burned. Tenjin Shrine remained safe. From there, Yanagishima Myoken Shrine remained safe. From Tenjin Bridge to Hoon-ji Bridge, there were many small residences, and temples also suffered much severe damage and collapse. Townhouses near Hoon-ji Bridge burned slightly. Instant deaths during this period were about 120 people, with an unknown number of injured. Also, crossing Ryogoku Bridge and turning left, Todo Izumi-no-kami-sama's residence and Kamezawa-cho - this area had many small residences, and the Imperial Bamboo Storage remained safe. From there along Okawa Street, Tsugaru-sama's warehouse residence, Matsumae Izu-no-kami-sama's residence, Matsuura Iki-no-kami-sama's residence, and besides these, all the various daimyo secondary residences were severely damaged without exception.
