まつち山聖天宮無事也此辺大破損又は
潰家多し同所山谷橋より北の方今戸橋
辺銭座前後潰の上焼る焼残る所潰家多
同所穢多町残る是より真崎稲荷社まで
大破の家多し鳥越町壱二三四町山谷町
浅草町小塚原町千住大橋大千住まで大
破損の家多し此辺即死之者三百六十人計
怪我人数不知又小塚原町大破の上焼る夫より
浅草東本願寺本堂無事なれども東の方
家根少しいたむ尤寺中は大破損誓願寺門前
町別而潰家多し日輪寺本堂は破損寺中
不残大潰同所新堀端大破損夫ゟ菊屋
橋向ふ行安寺門前町半町計焼る同西の方
向ふ側新堀端迄凡壱町計もやける同所
材木町大破の上やける同並木町辺大破損
駒形堂は無事也同町西側中程角より
出火して諏訪町黒船町両側不残大破損
其上やける此間土蔵四ヶ所焼残る其火御馬
屋川岸にて焼止る此辺即死百八十人計尤
怪我人数不知三好町川岸の方焼残る御蔵
前通りは八幡様は鳥居迄無事也是ゟ浅

坂本壱二三丁目迄大潰之上焼る同町四丁目
金杉一二三丁目三の輪通り新丁此辺大潰
夫より根岸御行の松辺いづれも潰家多し

待乳山聖天宮は無事である。この辺りは大破損、また潰れ家が多い。同所山谷橋より北の方、今戸橋辺り、銭座前後は崩壊の上焼失。焼け残った所も潰れ家が多い。同所穢多町は残る。これより真崎稲荷社まで大破の家が多い。鳥越町一二三四町、山谷町、浅草町、小塚原町、千住大橋、大千住まで大破損の家が多い。この辺りの即死者は三百六十人ほど、怪我人の数は分からない。また小塚原町は大破の上焼失。それより浅草東本願寺の本堂は無事だが、東の方の屋根が少し傷む。もっとも寺中は大破損。誓願寺門前町は特に潰れ家が多い。日輪寺本堂は破損、寺中は残らず大崩壊。同所新堀端は大破損。それより菊屋橋向こうの行安寺門前町は半町ほど焼失。同じく西の方向かい側の新堀端まで凡そ一町ほども焼ける。同所材木町は大破の上焼失。同じく並木町辺りは大破損。駒形堂は無事である。同町西側中程の角から出火して、諏訪町、黒船町両側は残らず大破損、その上焼失。この間、土蔵四ヶ所が焼け残る。その火は御馬屋川岸で焼け止まる。この辺りの即死は百八十人ほど、もっとも怪我人の数は分からない。三好町川岸の方は焼け残る。御蔵前通りは八幡様は鳥居まで無事である。これより浅草御見附まで少しずつ破損している。
下谷坂本三ノ輪辺り
坂本一二三丁目まで大崩壊の上焼失。同町四丁目、金杉一二三丁目、三の輪通り、新丁、この辺りは大崩壊。それより根岸御行の松辺り、いずれも潰れ家が多い。もっとも即死二百人ほど、怪我人は数え難い。

Matsuchiyama Shoten-gu shrine remained safe. This area suffered severe damage with many collapsed houses. North of Sanyabashi bridge at the same location, around Imado bridge, and the front and back of Zenza collapsed and then burned. Even in areas that survived the fire, there were many collapsed houses. The eta-machi in the same area remained. From here to Masaki Inari shrine, there were many severely damaged houses. Torigoe-cho districts 1, 2, 3, and 4, Sanya-cho, Asakusa-cho, Kozukappara-cho, Senju Ohashi, and Osenju all had many severely damaged houses. Instant deaths in this area numbered about 360 people, with the number of injured unknown. Kozukappara-cho was also severely damaged and then burned. From there, the main hall of Asakusa Higashi Honganji temple remained safe, though the roof on the eastern side was slightly damaged. However, the temple grounds were severely damaged. Seigan-ji monzen-cho had particularly many collapsed houses. Nichirin-ji temple's main hall was damaged, and the entire temple grounds completely collapsed. The Shinbori-bata area was severely damaged. From there, about half a block of Gyoan-ji monzen-cho beyond Kikuya bridge burned down. Similarly, on the western side, about one cho from the opposite side to Shinbori-bata also burned. Zaimoku-cho in the same area was severely damaged and burned. The Namiki-cho area was also severely damaged. Komagata-do hall remained safe. Fire broke out from a corner in the middle of the western side of the same town, and both sides of Suwa-cho and Kurofune-cho were completely severely damaged and burned. During this time, four storehouses survived the fire. The fire was stopped at Onmaya riverside. Instant deaths in this area numbered about 180 people, though the number of injured is unknown. The riverside area of Miyoshi-cho survived the fire. On Okura-mae street, Hachiman shrine remained safe up to its torii gate. From here to Asakusa go-mitsuke, there was gradual damage throughout.
Shitaya Sakamoto Minowa area
Sakamoto districts 1, 2, and 3 completely collapsed and burned. The same town's 4th district, Kanasugi districts 1, 2, and 3, Minowa street, and Shin-cho all suffered severe collapse. From there to the Oyuki-no-matsu area in Negishi, there were many collapsed houses everywhere. Instant deaths numbered about 200 people, with injured beyond counting.
