現代語訳
御能が御奥で行われるにあたり、諸事の御用を仰せ付けられた所、
精を出して相勤めたので御料理を下し置かれ、常例の通り
御帷子一つ、御上下一具を下し置かれた件

Regarding the Noh performances held in the inner palace, as he was assigned various duties
and served diligently with great effort, he was granted a meal and, as usual,
