仙渓院様の御法事が廣徳寺で御執行されたので惣司を仰せ付けられ、かつ常例の通り
御帷子を御小袖に御振り替え、御上下一具を下し置かれた件
一 同七寅年二月 願いの通り御役を御免になられ、序でに御側の次に仰せ付けられた件
一 同年三月 願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた件
