麻の上下を着て御家門へ出仕し、例のごとく書状をもって出仕の件を相伺った。ただし御機嫌を伺った後、去る十日に久我侍従殿が久我家へお帰りになった趣、また二十一日に少将が御拝任され、同日に御元服等をお済ませになった由につき、恐悦申し上げて退出した。なお来る二十五日より当番出勤のこと。○伊良子主税助方へ参り、故経岡翁の病中の薬礼として金二百疋を金で持参したこと。○故経岡県主の三七日につき墓参したこと。

This morning, reaching before the hour of the dragon, due to particularly heavy rain, representatives came out early morning from Misono Bridge to report the postponement of today's foot cleansing ceremony.
