為拝見健若済千代等召連山鼻へ行向之処御幸御通相済之後也
仍而此序一乗寺村山本重全方へ参但相続後為祝扇子三本
送之事
廿五日戊寅晴所司大夫逞清より来月氏神祭舞人之小折紙十通持
参之事依之即刻右小折紙座席衆之内経威へ持参座席相
立了而持帰也
廿六日己卯晴施薬院并土山淡路守父子等より内々被申談一件之義
有之ニ付早朝より嵯峨井関方へ参三雲中書面會用談相済申
刻斗帰郷〇浄衣鬮月行事中より神事触有之事
廿七日庚辰晴今朝氏神祭走馬舞人等之差符二通認之但右
ニ通共奥ニ十一月と有之始ニ来何日と有之処當年十一月朔
日申日ニ相番ニ付右来ノ字ノ処先例如何有之哉内々経招へ申
談処此儀毎度不都合之由申居候得共矢張例之通来朔日と
認来先ハ仕来と申ものゝ由返答也依而来朔日奥に十一月と認

之処今日御七夜ニ付為恐悦御家門若御所御参有之事
廿九日壬午晴時〻小雨今日氏神祭差符二通所司逞清亭へ
持参了○朝飯後浄衣鬮牧手附参集未刻斗相済也
晦日癸未小雨朝飯後より御料拵参集之事申下刻相済了

現代語訳
拝見のため健若・済千代等を召し連れて山鼻へ行き向かったところ、御幸の御通行が済んだ後であった。よってこの序でに一乗寺村山本重全方へ参ったが、相続後の祝いとして扇子三本を送ったこと。
二十五日戊寅晴。所司大夫逞清より来月氏神祭の舞人の小折紙十通を持参したこと。これにより即刻、右の小折紙を座席衆の内の経威へ持参、座席を相立てて持ち帰った。
二十六日己卯晴。施薬院並びに土山淡路守父子等より内々に申し談べられた一件の義があるにつき、早朝より嵯峨井関方へ参り、三雲中書に面会、用談が相済み申の刻ほどに帰郷した。○浄衣籤の月行事中より神事の触れがあったこと。
二十七日庚辰晴。今朝氏神祭の走馬・舞人等の差符二通を認めた。ただし右二通共に奥に十一月とあり、始めに「来何日」とあったところ、当年十一月朔日は申日に相当するにつき、右の「来」の字のところ、先例如何にありやと内々経招へ申し談じたところ、この儀は毎度不都合の由申しているが、やはり例の通り「来朔日」と認め、「来る」は先例と申すものの由との返答であった。よって「来朔日」、奥に十一月と認めることとした。

To observe [the imperial procession], I went toward Yamahana accompanied by Kenwaka, Saichidai, and others, but arrived after the imperial procession had already passed. Taking this opportunity, I visited Yamamoto Jūzen's residence in Ichijōji village and sent three fans as celebration gifts for his succession.
25th day, tsuchinoe-tora, clear. Teisei, the Senior Secretary, brought ten small folded papers for dancers for next month's tutelary deity festival. Immediately took these folded papers to Kyōi among the seated members, arranged seating, and returned.
26th day, tsuchinoto-u, clear. Due to a private matter discussed by the Imperial Pharmacy and Tsuchiyama Awaji-no-kami and his son, I visited Saga Iseki's residence from early morning, met with Mikumo Chūsho, completed our business discussion, and returned home around the hour of the Monkey. ○ There was a notification about Shinto rituals from those in charge of the purification robe lottery monthly events.
27th day, kanoe-tatsu, clear. This morning I wrote two appointment documents for horse racing and dancers for the tutelary deity festival. However, both documents had "11th month" written at the end, and initially had "coming what day," but since the 1st day of the 11th month of this year corresponds to the day of the Monkey, I privately consulted with Kyōshō about the precedent for this "coming" character. He replied that while this matter is always inconvenient, following precedent it should be written as "coming 1st day," as "coming" is traditional practice. Therefore, I wrote "coming 1st day" with "11th month" at the end.
28th day, kanoto-mi, clear. At the Imperial Palace Bureau, the lady (daughter of Ōgimachi), gave birth to a prince on the 22nd of this month. Today being the seventh night ceremony, the Imperial Family made a congratulatory visit to the Young Imperial Palace.
29th day, mizunoe-uma, clear with occasional light rain. Today I delivered two appointment documents for the tutelary deity festival to Magistrate Teisei's residence. ○ After breakfast, those assigned to purification robe lottery duties assembled, finishing around the hour of the Sheep.
Last day, mizunoto-hitsuji, light rain. Assembly for imperial meal preparations from after breakfast. Completed around the late hour of the Monkey.
11th month, small (29 days)
1st day, kinoe-saru, clear. Kibune Shrine renewal festival. Tutelary deity festival. Kasuga festival.
2nd day, kinoto-tori, clear. After lighting lamps, there was an assembly at the lecture hall with all three groups of seniors and juniors mixed together. I was suddenly requested by Shigenao to attend as a substitute for Ujiatsu. A copy of the notes disclosed to the officials is as follows:
