十九日壬寅晴れ。御家門奥向きの清所竈戸に猫が死んだため、早朝に経千へ清祓を仰せ付けられ、相勤めて祓いの具を例の如く調えたこと。
二十日癸卯時雨。社頭当番直参了。○禁中新嘗祭である。
二十三日丙午晴れ。御家門で古今御灌頂後、御当座が催され、御点者御下見、御門弟等を御招請し、御祝酒御料理後段御酒等を進められた。ただし大臣以上十万、諸家三十方である。巳の刻頃追々御成御出等があり、経千は中■通陪膳方惣取締を勤めた。戌の刻に相済んだ。
二十五日戊申時雨。御家門大夫利根朝臣男利壽七歳、今日元服初官位宣下である。元服の式は例の如く御殿殿上で行われ、御加冠前に殿下理髪扶持等を大夫常成が勤めた。○保田家へ今日首服初官位宣下の段のため参り、麻上下を着用した。
二十八日辛亥晴れ。今日入寒である。

六日戊午小雪。保田遠江守男加賀守元服後祝儀につき招かれ、申の刻頃より参った。眼抄麻上下で来臨した輩は入江民部少輔、丹下筑前介、佐々木太宰監、村田式部、予等である。入夜に下橋立川村上岡本子息、丹下子息等の給参があり、亥の刻ほどに各々退散した。○去月二日武家奉行所より仰せ渡された押込みの輩五人、敦久・直香・式顕・季金・顕径等、当月三日に各々免許され、願書を差し帰されたという。
十一日癸亥晴れ。家父当番、必顕代勤である。

25th day, tsuchinoe-saru, intermittent rain. At our house, Tone Asomi's son Ritoju, age seven, today underwent coming-of-age ceremony and received his first court rank appointment. 6th day, tsuchinoe-uma, light snow. Was invited to celebrate the coming-of-age ceremony of Yasuda Tōtōmi-no-kami's son Kaga-no-kami, and attended from around the hour of the Monkey. Those who came in fine hemp formal dress included Irie Minbu-shōyū, Tange Chikuzen-no-suke, Sasaki Dazai-no-gen, Murata Shikibu, myself and others.
