往復をさせており、既に先月も入来があったところ、今朝同女の弟吉田主税より書状が到来した。右の久女のことについて、去月二十七日以来病気のところ、ついに養生叶わず昨夜子の刻に死去したとの旨申し来たため、即刻大柳氏方の京都宅へ参り、即座に悔やみを申し入れ、吉田主税と面会の上、香典として南鐐一片を送った。また万端世話をすべきところだが、当月は在所の御祭月につき、その段をお断り申し上げ、やむを得ず帰った。
十六日丁卯晴れ後雨 三本拍子の奥田屋が今度自掛の講を催し、神楽講へ加入の件を願い出て、今日が初会である。則ち神東講より一枚分加入があり、掛かりのうち的顕・経千の両人が行き向かい、調定講より直一・可俊が参った。
十七日戊辰晴れ昼後雨 岡崎村の地普請の検分のため、御用人佐々木・坂本、御勘定経千の三人が出向いて見分した。そして御別荘において今度御講を催すにつき、同村の御領のうち寺院向きならびに町方で別荘を持つ輩等を御別荘に招き、御講加入の件をそれぞれ頼んだ。申の刻に退帰した。
十九日庚午晴れ 御祭の大回りを今朝認め、所司大夫へ回した。
二十一日壬申曇り 浄花鬮御祭の御料拵え月行事につき、朝飯後大帷子浄衣の下着用で小宿季前方へ参集し、午半刻ほど例の如く済ませて帰宅した。○申の刻頃、家父・経千・経紀・叔千代・三雄太郎等が同道で例年の如く御生所へ初参社し、保子・千子等は入夜に参社した。
二十二日癸酉晴れ 葵御祭である。近衛使姉小路公遂朝臣以下が午半刻頃当社へ御参向された。この已前、経千が御薗口まで御向かいのため相待ち、内蔵使助難波常成が参勤につき、休息所へ祝いのため参り、鯖鮓五喉・盃を送った。近衛使が橋殿での御作法を済ませた時分、経千が所司代につき社頭へ参向した《割書：もっともこの已前より襟単・立烏帽子・乱箱・祝詞二通・雑色一人・白丁二人・朱傘・沓等を社頭へ回番したが、本来は所司大夫より宅へ供以下を回して召し連れるべきところ、入魂により如此である》浄衣・指貫《割書：薄紫平絹》・襟単《割書：紅菱綾》・二藍当帯・立烏帽子・帖に入れた葵・桂・夏扇・沓、以上各々所持の品を着用した。
