今一通乱箱ニ入之《割書：尤此祝詞二通共｜兼日認之置也》東舞済之時分矢刀祢神人
二人等供之者ヲ以酒殿へ呼ニ遣二鳥居前走馬了之時社頭裏
門より神館へ参向先神人二人前行持松明矢刀祢持乱箱相従

乗尻中悉神舘へ進ヲ待合各進了而参進於神舘已前

祝詞ヲ取出除表包懐中之此所ニ矢刀祢雑色已下留之幄前
一間斗前ニテ一拝左ノ方ニテ祝詞之礼紙を除裏の方へ回し祝詞

現代語訳
これを済ませて、藤葛《割書：社頭にあり》により末額《割書：乗尻の如し》とし、祝詞一通を所司大夫宏顕へ渡し、もう一通は乱箱に入れた《割書：もっともこの祝詞二通共に兼ねて日に認めて置いたものである》。東舞が済んだ時分、矢刀祢と神人二人等の供の者を以って酒殿へ呼びに遣わし、二鳥居前の走馬が終わった時、社頭裏門より神館へ参向した。先ず神人二人が前行し松明を持ち、矢刀祢は乱箱を持って相従い《割書：もっとも入上指袋共に大和錦》、供は雑色一人・白丁二人・沓持・傘持等である。分かれ道のところで乗尻中悉く神館へ進むのを待ち合わせ、各々進んで神館へ参進した。
神館の已前で沓を着け、神館中程より幄前に進んだ。もっとも三間ほど手前で乱箱より祝詞を取り出し、表包を除いて懐中に入れた。この所に矢刀祢・雑色以下を留め、幄前一間ほど前で一拝し、左の方で祝詞の礼紙を除き裏の方へ回して祝詞を正中に指し上げた。この時乗尻中へ気色を示して読み上げ、このように左の方で巻いて一拝し、退下した。旧の所で草履を着けて社頭を退き、矢刀祢《割書：但し代である》・神人等を社頭に備え遣わした。宏顕より已前の祝詞を請け取り、二鳥居・三鳥居・切壁より退下した。この時申下刻であった。御祭一会滞りなく相済み、珍重々々。
二十五日丙子雨後晴れ 今日中指である《割書：但し兼日相談の上三日触れがあった》。辰上刻、所司大夫宏顕より時分触れがあったため、麻上下・帷子を着て参集した。座席衆の経紹・経威等も同じく麻上下・帷子を着用して参集し、相揃った後朝飯が出た。献立は左の如し。

About three ken before it, they took out the prayer text from the document box, removed the outer wrapping and placed it in their breast. At this location the yatone and attendants were left behind. About one ken in front of the curtained area, they performed one bow, removed the ceremonial paper from the prayer text on the left side, turned it to the back, and raised the prayer text to the center. At this time they signaled to the mounted officials and read it aloud. Then on the left side they rolled it up, performed one bow, and withdrew. At the former location they put on straw sandals and left the shrine precincts. The yatone ⟪marginal note: but this was a substitute⟫ and shrine attendants were stationed at the shrine precincts. They received the previous prayer text from Hiroaki and withdrew via the second torii, third torii, and boundary wall. At this time it was the latter part of the hour of the Monkey.
