養女梅の引越しについては、予が仲介し万端世話を滞りなく相済ませたため、挨拶として思拾子（おもじゅうし）、帯地一条、肴料合わせて三百疋、かつ当日祝いとして井蔵一荷を送った。答礼として慶五郎等が贈られた。これは当家に旧恩も厚くあり、また外ならぬ義理につき、再三固辞したが、祝い事ゆえ、左右なく幾人もめでたく受納した。
十四日戊午雨後晴れ、夜に入り雨 徳川式部卿殿（清水家与舎の弟云々）が西丸内摩の御薨去につき、今日より来る二十日まで七日の間、鳴物停止の旨手触れがあった。
