九月壬子晴佳節重陽之祝儀如例歳也早朝上久我村各発駕
但送人足上公我村より出也午半刻御家門へ帰着此段御届申候
上如例三人より梯三十献上且當日御祝詞申上了而申前刻帰宅

申来尚来十三日酉刻葬送寺門者上久我村ニ付帳場本國

九日壬子晴れ 重陽の佳節の祝儀は例年の通りである。早朝、上久我村から各々出発した。但し送りの人足は上久我村から出た。午の半刻に御家門へ帰着し、この段を御届け申し上げた。例の通り三人より梯三十を献上し、且つ当日御祝詞を申し上げて、申の前刻に帰宅した。○今日未刻頃、土山駿河守より父淡路守が昨夜卒去した旨を知らせてきた。なお来たる十三日酉刻に葬送するが、寺門は上久我村にあるため、帳場を本国寺に相設ける由である。
十一日甲寅晴れ 昼飯後、三手講八会目の勘定が講所であった。経益・経千両人が出頭した。氏彦は軽服中につき不参である。
十三日丙辰晴れ 酉刻、故土山淡路守の葬送につき、家父並びに経千等の名代として御殿仲番樫尾隆蔵を遣わし、御酒一樽二斤を送った。寺門の帳場である本国寺にて見送りを申し付けて遣わした。
十五日戊午晴れ 例年の通り経一家の参会につき、朝飯後、宿である経規方へ家翁・経千が参集した。諸事は例の通り、経千が当年の鍵預である。
二十一日甲子晴れ 修学院御山荘へ今日御幸である。
二十八日辛未晴れ 必顕方が盆後手習子供一統を断ったため、更に顕徳方へ相頼んだ。次男経寛は八月二十六日より遣わした。継紀は腫物につき延引していたが、漸く今日より遣わした。

9th day, Mizunoe-Ne, clear - The celebratory ceremonies for the auspicious festival of Chōyō (Double Ninth) were conducted as in previous years. In early morning, we each departed from Upper Kuga village. However, the accompanying laborers came from Upper Kuga village. We returned to the shogun's residence at half past the hour of the Horse and reported this matter. 13th day, Hinoe-Tatsu, clear - At the hour of the Rooster, for the funeral of the late Tsuchiyama Awaji-no-kami, I sent Kashio Ryūzō from the palace middle shift as a representative of my father and Keisen, and sent one cask of sake weighing two kin. I arranged for the send-off to be conducted at Honkoku-ji Temple, which serves as the account office for the temple gate.
15th day, Tsuchinoe-Uma, clear - As usual annually, for the Kei family gathering, after breakfast, my father and Keisen assembled at the lodging place of Kei-ki's residence. All matters proceeded as usual, with Keisen serving as the key-keeper for this year.
21st day, Kinoe-Ne, clear - Today there was an imperial visit to Shugakuin Imperial Villa.
28th day, Kanoto-Hitsuji, clear - Since Hisaaki discontinued all the calligraphy students after the Bon festival, I made a new request to Kentoku. I sent my second son Keikan from the 26th of the 8th month. Tsuguki was delayed due to a swelling, but finally started going today.
