相續之義内約相整ニ付堀川より新宮へ遣養子一件為取■之納
定書付有之今日出来付而者経子為親族惣代調印之義兼而被相
頼下橋左門予等右一紙に今日致調印遣候
廿一日癸巳晴今暁堀川近江守より新宮方へ養子為結納候役之官人
ヲ以麻上下一具肴料金弐百疋送之云々
廿三日乙未初雪片之後属晴 御家門大御所御実母放齢於院殿
七回忌ニ付今明日於妙傳寺御法事被執行経千今日令参詣也
○三雲中書より書状到来薬院迄可入来旨招ニ付参之処面會有
之今度同人末女義院蔵北小路家へ入嫁為致候由右一条吹聴
有之也○堀川江州方へ参旨趣ハ今度新宮より養子相続ニ付
持参金四百両之内百両今日媒人浅井姓持参内三拾両者最
初より之約束ニ付中人へ為挨拶内々送之右は内実子細有之難波備
前守内證世話有之旨也尚又江州當座入用金弐拾四両弐朱江
州へ渡之引残四拾五両三歩弐朱経千被相頼預之持帰之
廿六日戊戌晴今晩堀川近江守方へ養子新官文吾同親父涼
庭等初入ニ付昼後より江州方へ参下橋左門同刻入来媒人浅
井準助入来約定通持参金四百両之内尚又今日百金持参
也夕刻各服紗麻上下着用相待初更比涼庭文吾并親族
粟津因幡守各麻上下向道入来中人より案内にて座敷
え通新宮より夫々進物有之内経千方へ扇子三本入壱箱
金弐百疋等被送之也次ニ各出座挨拶了而尉斗昆布通
次蛤吸物紙敷之肴ニ而祝義之盃往来有之了而文吾

十九日辛卯晴れ 今度堀川近江守方の養子、新宮涼庭方の子息文吾(二十三歳)の相続の件について内約が整ったため、堀川より新宮へ遣わす養子一件の取り決めとして納定書付がある。今日出来上がったので、経子が親族総代として調印することを兼ねてから相頼まれていた。下橋左門、予等がその一紙に今日調印して遣わした。
二十一日癸巳晴れ 今暁、堀川近江守より新宮方へ養子の結納として、役人を通じて麻上下一具、肴料金二百疋を送ったという。
二十三日乙未 初雪がちらついた後晴れ 御家門大御所の御実母放齢院殿の七回忌につき、今日明日と妙伝寺にて御法事が執り行われるため、経千は今日参詣した。
○三雲中書より書状が到来し、薬院まで入来すべき旨の招きにつき参ったところ面会があった。今度同人の末女が院蔵北小路家へ入嫁することになった由、右一条について吹聴があった。○堀川江州方へ参った趣旨は、今度新宮より養子相続につき持参金四百両のうち百両を今日媒人浅井姓が持参し、うち三十両は最初からの約束により中人への挨拶として内々に送った。これは内実に子細があり難波備前守が内証で世話をした旨である。なお江州の当座入用金二十四両二朱を江州へ渡し、引き残り四十五両三歩二朱を経千が相頼まれて預かり持ち帰った。
