渡置候事○保子入嫁已後堀川江州約定ニ而年々二季に保子
え金弐歩ツヽ被送有之処其後同家追々困窮難渋ニ付七八年
已来無其義等閑ニ相成故被送依之次日保子より書状遣
置候処今朝江州ゟ経子迄返答有之右者来子年より江州へ
今度養子相続ニ付已後者年々壱人扶持被送呉候様頼遣
へ御殿被下方之内にて壱ヶ年に女扶持壱人分ツヽ無相違可相
送尚又両三年相立候上物其旨忰方へ申聞可申及取計間此
段予より得と申達呉候様被申聞也仍而手厚取扱之段
分而挨拶申述置了○今晩春日祭也當所氏神祭也

六日丁未雨 東福寺が先年焼失したため、五ヶ年前より富くじの義を関東へ出願していたところ、去月二十七日松平伊豆守殿を以て願い通り金三百両の富くじを五ヶ年の間免許される旨、今晩同寺の収西堂（春日祭の御神事中につき）が御門前まで参上して御届けを上げた。
七日戊申晴れ 堀川近江守より過日以来預かっていた両度分の金子のうち入用分を追々相渡し、残金四十五両のところ、なお今日三十五両を渡し、引き残り十両を更に今日預かった。只今まで相渡した金数の委しい書付を指し出して渡し置いた。○保子が入嫁以後、堀川江州の約定で年々二季に保子に金二歩ずつを送られていたが、その後同家が追々困窮難渋のため七八年以来その義もなく等閑に相成り故、これを送られるよう翌日保子より書状を遣わし置いたところ、今朝江州より経子まで返答があった。右は来子年より江州へ今度養子が相続するため、以後は年々一人扶持を送ってくれるよう頼み遣わすべく、御殿から下される方のうちで一ヶ年に女扶持一人分ずつ相違なく相送りできる。なお両三年が経った上でその旨を忰方へ申し聞かせて取り計らうので、この段を私からよく申し達してくれるよう申し聞かされた。よって手厚い取扱いの段、分けて挨拶を申し述べ置いた。○今晩は春日祭である。当所の氏神祭である。

Tonight, the temple's Shūsai-dō (during the Kasuga Festival sacred ceremonies) came to the gate entrance to report this matter.
7th day, Tsuchinoe-Saru, clear - From the money that Horikawa Ōmi-no-kami had been holding from previous occasions, the necessary portions have been gradually transferred. Of the remaining 45 ryō, another 35 ryō was transferred today, leaving 10 ryō which I took custody of today. A detailed written record of all money transferred up to now was submitted and delivered. ○ After Houko's marriage, according to Horikawa Gōshū's arrangement, 2 bu of gold was to be sent to Houko twice yearly. However, as that household gradually fell into financial difficulty, this has been neglected for the past 7-8 years. Therefore, the next day Houko sent a letter requesting this be resumed. This morning there was a reply from Gōshū to Keiko. Since an adopted son will succeed to Gōshū's position starting next year, they request that henceforth one person's stipend be sent annually. From the palace allowances, one woman's annual stipend can be sent without fail each year. After 2-3 years have passed, this matter will be discussed with the son and arrangements made, so please convey this matter well from me, they said.
