三日甲戌雪 瀬尾次兵衛方の養女梅を去る前の六月に貰い受けたところ、家風に叶わない子細があったため、今度瀬尾方より破縁の義を申し出た。この頃梅女の兄非蔵人松室日向がその離縁の一儀をようやく承引したので、これによって瀬尾方より右の梅女に衣服代として白銀三十枚を送り、一件無事に相済んだ。これについて今日瀬尾より予へ右一件を何かと内証で相談した挨拶として、請制の朱塗吸物椀十人前、鯣一連等を送られた。元来瀬尾家では当家に旧恩もあるところ、右の取扱方が甚だ痛み入る仕合のため、先ず預かり置いた。
五日丙子晴れ 瀬尾方へ参り、この間送られた品々を段々固辞したが、頼みの義として押して受納してくれるよう申されたため、そのまま申し受けた。
六日丁丑晴れ 瀬尾方へこの頃の挨拶旁々、到来の塩引鮭一喉を送った。○堀川近江守の養子右近の実家新宮方へ今晩近江守兼枝が初入りのため、経千、下橋左門等も招かれ、酉の刻辺りより行き向かった。各々麻上下を着用し、経千より扇子一箱三本入り、台交肴一折、生鯛一尾、ほら一包、赤貝七つ一台等を祝義として送った。供一人石松を召し連れ、箱提灯を持った。ただし難波備前守も招かれて参り同席した。祝酒料理の後段に御酒等が出て、子の刻に相済み、丑の刻前に帰宅した。
十三日甲申 朝間小雪、後に晴れに属した。今度堀川近江守方の養子右近相続願を下されるよう万端内証で世話をしたため、江州より挨拶として今日袴地料として金子五百疋が到来した。○三手日記役への御挨拶として白銀一両を可俊より達された。○御家門では例年のごとく御煤払いである。
