養子保歳義不行状之子細有之ニ付一昨廿三日より実父保仲方へ
暫時預ケニ相成由経威より沙汰有之尤此義廿一日大津より経威
方へ申来同人大津へ行向趣意聞取之上同人より最初媒介恒季
ヲ以保仲方へ被申入云々
廿八日戊辰晴東福寺富伴ニ付経千於一條家役義無災難招今
日より七ヶ日之間御祈祷之義三頭人必顕へ相頼事
廿九日己巳曇後雨東福寺冨一件ニ付御殿御趣意之巨細條々同寺
掛り僧共今度改而御違背申上ニ付此儀御勝手掛り諸大夫難波備
前守ゟは武邊江被仰立可然旨ニ候得共御用人御勘定方等一統
ハ御称号ニ拘り候義故同意無之依之不得止双方より此段初而言
上ニ相成處入江阿波守江右一會惣取調被仰付御勝手一統江ハ
明朝迄之内初より之次第并存心之趣諾々以一對可言上旨被仰渡
則経千より差上言上之趣如左
東福寺冨一件之義者私義昨年夏已来年之節々御用人
共より下知相受同寺富掛り之僧江役方立會ニ而追々懸合仕候
得共全御勝手分一統同意之上ニ御座候得者別段言上可仕趣
意無御座候定而御用人共より委敷可申上候尤其已前之訳合委
面承知不仕候仍而此段奉言上候事

晦日庚午晴富一件御勝手方一統存意書付今朝披露之処尚又
双方一通り御取調御返答御聞取之上何分右一條及惑乱言上候迄
ニ至り候段御勝手方一統不取計ニ付難波備前守并御用人筆改
佐々木太宰大監等両人只今より称実病可引籠旨被仰渡其

御戸開きで御内陣を窺い奉る云々、なお委しくは記録を尋ねるべきである。○大津の故経岡県主の養子保歳の件について、不行状の事情があるため、一昨日二十三日より実父保仲のもとへ暫時預けることになったと経威より沙汰があった。もっともこの件については二十一日に大津より経威方へ申し入れがあり、同人が大津へ行き向かって趣意を聞き取った上で、同人より最初の媒介者恒季を通じて保仲方へ申し入れたという云々。
二十八日戊辰晴 東福寺の富の件につき経千が一条家で役儀の無災難を招いたため、今日より七ヶ日の間の御祈祷の件を三頭人必顕へ相談した。
二十九日己巳曇後雨 東福寺の富一件につき御殿の御趣意の詳細な条々について、同寺掛りの僧共が今度改めて御違背を申し上げたため、この件について御勝手掛りの諸大夫難波備前守からは武辺へ仰せ立てるのが良いとの旨であったが、御用人・御勘定方等一統は御称号に関わる件故に同意がない。これにより止むを得ず双方よりこの段初めて言上することになったところ、入江阿波守へ右一件の総取調べが仰せ付けられ、御勝手一統へは明朝までの内に初めからの次第並びに存心の趣を詳々一対で言上するよう仰せ渡された。
則ち経千より差し上げた言上の趣は左の通り：
東福寺の富一件の義は、私は昨年夏以来年の節々に御用人共より下知を受け、同寺富掛りの僧へ役方立会いにて追々掛け合いいたしましたが、全く御勝手分一統の同意の上に御座候えば別段言上いたすべき趣意は御座いません。定めて御用人共より委しく申し上げることでしょう。もっともその以前の訳合いは詳しく承知いたしておりません。よってこの段を言上し奉ります。

Therefore, having no choice, both sides made their first formal report on this matter. Irie Awa-no-kami was ordered to conduct a comprehensive investigation of this case, and the entire financial department was ordered to submit a detailed one-on-one report by tomorrow morning regarding the sequence of events from the beginning and their thoughts.
