但此後勤番一陣相勤候事
一同四辰年十月花畑善龍寺元屋敷之内
割地ニ而拝領仕候事
一同七申年正月江戸表へ御金荷物被差登
候ニ付致警固立帰ニ罷登候事
一天和三亥年三月去夏兄四郎兵衛御
追放被 仰付候砌遠慮御赦免被遊候へ共
四郎兵衛とハ兄弟之儀ニ御座候ヘハ

一、天和三年（1683年）亥年三月 去年の夏、兄四郎兵衛が御追放を仰せ付けられた際の遠慮を御赦免いただいたが、
四郎兵衛とは兄弟の事でございますので、御前を恐れ遠慮している身でありながら、過分な御厚恩を受けている事は相当でない事でありますので、相続の御奉公は難しく存じ、御暇の願いを申し上げましたところ、先祖筋目のある者であるので御暇を下されるべきではない、兄四郎兵衛の件について何の御思召しもない故、その際から遠慮を御免になられ御召し使いになられた以上は、そのような気遣いはあるべきでない、四郎兵衛はその身の罪をもって仰せ付けられた事、殊に先祖由緒のある者であるので、ひとえに上に対して御怨みの志を挟むべき事ではないが、自然に
