一、同十六年（元禄十六年・1703年）未年九月　御持弓頭を仰せ付けられた事

一、宝永元年（1704年）申年九月　勤番のため江戸表へ参上し、翌酉年三月に帰国した事

一、同二年（宝永二年・1705年）酉年十月　木本蔵登の二男権之助を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事
