御目見被 仰付并七郎左衛門と改名仕度

相違被下置外様組付被 仰付杉田

一、宝暦二年（1752年）酉年十二月 親の願いの通り初回の御目見を仰せ付けられ、並びに七郎左衛門と改名したい旨を願いの通りに任せられた事
一、享保八年（1723年）卯年八月 親の願いの通り小隼人と改名したい旨を願いの通りに任せられた事
一、同十一年（享保十一年・1726年）午年五月 家督として御知行四百石を相違なく下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ杉田五郎兵衛組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同年十二月 米代二ノ丁坂井才兵衛の明屋敷を下し置かれた事
一、同十三年（享保十三年・1728年）申年正月 御社参に付き江戸へ急遽参上するよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同月 寺社町奉行を仰せ付けられた
但し二月に役屋敷へ引き移った事
一、同十六年（享保十六年・1731年）亥年六月 精励して相勤めたことにより常上下格に成し下された事
一、同十八年（享保十八年・1733年）丑年正月 御堀浚御普請御手伝を仰せ蒙ることになったため江戸表へ参上するよう仰せ付けられ、勤めの詳細については追って江戸表にて仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
